The worst hotel stay we have ever booked
None, whol;e trip spoilt !!!

I have written on my stay more than 2 weeks already. We are shocked. Room was dirty with cockcroaches and bed bugs. Checkin was scary with no receptionist but appraoch by a man saying he is the operator. Room has no telephonhave to call a handphone number with my own mobile incurring international charges, wifi not working at all despite claim of free wifi. worst stay.

Bad hotel I had stayed

its was the worse hotel n bad experience I had stayed in. Our family drove to the hotel reached at 11pm, staff gave us the wrong tower to checkin on the phone.
Because it's had different organization or company handling this hotel or service apartment,there were no service counter to checkin at all. We waited at the lobby for 30mins for the staff to give the keys for our room.
And our Nightmare begins...the room was very dirty,room carpet was wet,with water flowing out from the bathroom entrance. Worse still there were many Cockcroaches in the room,wardrobe,pantry ,all over the room.
We managed to change to another room. Beside having less Cockcroahes ,everything were the same.. The wifi was out of order too...we can't change to another room anymore cause there were no more rooms left...we have to live with it...haha ,what a joke,What an experience..
