Best hotel in Asia Guest Rating: 5.0

This was the most fantastic hotel we stayed in during our trip to Asia. The staff was exceptional. Always ready with a smile to serve you in any way needed. The international dinner buffet was huge and truly included food from around the world. The only problem was I got full before I could try it all! Breakfast buffet was equally elaborate ... and definitely kept you full all day! Yoga classes outside in the morning were also good. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The Mandarin KL is situated next to KLCC which is one of premier shopping Malls. The hotel has the KLCC gardens in front and if you are lucky you can see the twin towers from your window. The rooms have a good size and all have a working desk. The service is of a very high standard and so is the food. The buffet breakfast in the 'Biba' cafe is the best i have ever experienced in any hotel. The selection of food is amazing and the service is just perfect. We will definetely return here next time!

This hotel has a wonderful welcome on arrival. The service throughout the hotel is excellent. It is next door to the Petronas Towers for a quick shop in between business.

• Travel tip : The concierge was particularly helpful in tracking down my lost baggage. If they were not so persistent then I would not have had my baggage sent on to me in Bangkok.

We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday. In the restaurant the staff were so friendly and attentive. We had excellent dinner and when we came back to the room we were so surprised to see a plate of chocolate mousse and a wishing card from the management. What a nice celebration!!
