The hotel is comfortable. There still got something to improve.
- the room enviroment is not fresh
- toilet is too small,
- I did make a complain about the water, its yellowish.I turn on the water tap for few minutes. I complaint to the reception. But no reply from your reception. After that I go to the service manager, I think She gave me a satisfied answer.

Never dissapointing hotel
Worth the price for the service, location and condition of the room

Booked 2 connecting rooms. A bit dissapointed though when we were asked how many persons in a room when we asked for additional pillows and blankets and the service boy was waiting for us to give him tips before he leave.
Shopping Tip:
Its just opposite Berjaya Times Square and Imbi monorail station. Convenient to shop n dine n to move around.

this is a great hotel to stay as it is directly over the road from a major shopping centre. you can walk to the monorail which takes you to the markets. the upgrade to the level club was brilliant and the staff at the hotel are very obliging. would definitely stay here again.

close to major shopping centres and mrt. berjaya times square and bb plaza close by. low flat excellent for electronics. masjid india and china town a train ride away.
hotel excellent and location worth it. breakfast excellent , staff very helpful and always smiling (service with a smile).
