Hotel that ticks all the boxes

Stayed three days, wish it was ten. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff especially Nasir the room attendant. Breakfast to die for in terms of quality and variety.

great location
great location to shopping area

the hotel and room is a bit old and run down but it is more than compensated by the good location - we can easily walk to the shopping mall next door (and many more malls connected) which is great to hunt for good bargains. while this is the first time we stayed at this hotel, it is likely that we will come back again to this hotel due to the good location. the room is ok and nothing special (a bit run down i think they should make more renovation). the hotel is overall quite old but service is quite reasonable with employees being quite helpful.

Lovely hotel and great location

we always love this hotel. this was our third time staying in the hotel and we enjoyed our stay as usual. the location is great for shopping. near to imbi monorail (in front of the hotel) and travelling to and from this hotel is very easy. however, the breakfast menu should be more varied because we had nasi lemak (coconut rice), chicken curry, and the usuals (eggs/bread/sausages etc) for four days straight.

Great location with helpful staff
good size room with comfortable bed and adequate facilities.

I did not expect the hotel to be as good as I thought it would be.The location was excellent and close to major shopping centres.As I was there for only 2 days it is impossible to comment on the facilities and service but for the duratiuon of my stay I can say that the staff throughout from the reception desk to the dining area were very helpful and courteous which is very commendable.
I would definitely stay gther again if I had the choice of hotels
Congratulations and keep up the good service that you are rendering and I am sure that the hotel will be a favourite choice for all travellers.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is close to many shopping malls such as the Times Square and Sungi-wang ,BBPlaza , Mertojaya.

Great location,great staff,good atmosphere
Location, staff,Level 18,close to everything, good breakfast.

good value hotel directly across from times square. 2 minute walk to bukit bintang and 10 minutes to pavilion (not to be missed). spend a few extra dollars and book a room at the level(13-17 floor) for some included extras. would recommend this hotel to anyone! we will be back! special thanks to benedict ( level 18)

Perfect location, surrounded by excellent shopping opportunities, massage places & food choices
Being a Jap based hotel, u can be assured excellent service.
Travel tip:
For breakfast, take a 4 min walk to sungai Wang, old town cafe is opened at 9am

Great location with reasonable room size
Overall is good, great location coz just close to MRT station. Clean room and with reasonable room size.

Great holiday. I bring my family (wife and 2 children). They wouldn't charge me extra for my children. Overall is great for me.

The frontline was excellent. Fast checkout and that the best. so guest need not have to wait.
Just a sharing, we were given a coupon for the welcome drink which we think is a good thing but was spoilt when we were served by an unfriendly man. When we placed an order he dont bother to look at us and we felt as if we beg for a glass of water. Overall the stay was good and I will come back to stay at Melia.
