Lovely hotel in a good location!

Melia Hotel is situated right opposite Berjaya Times Square shopping centre, it is also very near to the public transport -Imbia Station, very convenient to get anywhere in KL! The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are big, clean and nice! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for hotel in KL. It will be perfect if the hotel provides free wifi in rooms!

this was our second stay at the melia...once again it did not disappoint. the staff are always helpful, the rooms clean & the location for shopping venues is fabulous
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a couple of the tours offered at the hotel. The tour guides are excellent and it's a great way to get to see a bit of the countryside and major attractions.

Location was fantastic, love the view just opposite of Berjaya Times Square. Sevice was just ok rating out of 5 I will give a 3. I disliked the toilet though, water was yellowish, very small toilet!

very great location. opposite of Berjaya Times Square. Near to Sungai Wang, around 300 M, 5 minutes walk to Sungai Wang. Housekeeping service very good. customer service friendly. The room is big but the bed is small. (for single bed). Breakfast is good. But the price is too expensive.
Shopping Tip:
opposite of Berjaya Times Square. but the rooms rate is quite expensive (RM300++per night)

Have been to KL several times but it was my first time staying @ Melia. Glad to make the choice of booking @ Melia. The staff was very friendly and caring. Their service was excellent even on the housekeeping dept. The room is spacious and CLEAN. It was also accesible to most of the shopping mall @ KL using monorail/ LRT. Will definitely strongly recommend to relatives or friends who are visiting KL.

this hotel is very near to shopping malls like berjaya times square and sungei wang. the front desk officer who assisted with our check in were also polite and managed to fulfil our requests. definitely worth a stay.

melia is located in the heart of bukit bintang; the premier shopping location in kuala lumpur. it is within walking distance of all the great malls like times square, lot 10, pavillion etc. lots of great food within the area as well. check out jalan alor for lots of local delicacies. with the subway located just next to hotel, it makes moving around very easy.

The hotel is located in a prime location whereby the shopping districts are right at the doorstep. The hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Taxi is easily found. The hotel room is comfy and they even personalize the tv screen by saying Welcome Ms. ____. The bathroom is a small though and there is no bidet and personal washing facility. That's a really minus point for us. The room is cleaned every day, The hotel staff even clean the rubbish and top up the complimentary drinks and pantry when we insist that he do not have to clean the room.
Shopping Tip:
Berjaya Times Square is just across the road.
