I stayed in this hotel for five nights I faced one problem which I checked In the hotel delay to handle the room to me until 2:00PM more two hours I were waiting
Other things was good regarding services and staff.

Great Location
Great Location - Close to all malls and monorail station

Very old hotel , definetely needs refurnishing.
The bathroom and toilets were leaking .
Have to pay 10 ringits for an adopter which were were not happy about.
Will not stay there again.

Very nice hotel in a very good location

The service at the level is excellent. People were very friendly and attentive. Room is very well kept. The problem with KL is that we could not find a metered taxi to go to the airport early in the morning.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Take the Level Club. It is great.

4 star standard both room & service

A 4 star hotel with everything that you expect from it. A good service, swimming pool, breakfast, lounge etc. Even though the hotel itself looks a little old, but it's well maintained.
The location is quite good, in the center of the city, in front of a mall and monorail station. The surroundings is quite lively and busy, easy to find food courts.
What deserved a thumbs up is that they give me the exact rooms I asked (King size bed room connected to a twin size bed room.) Quite surprising consider that it's only a remark in the online system.
The downside is two of the five elevators have a problem with the card reader. Sometimes it works. sometimes it doesn't.

Wonderful hotel with great location.

lovely hotel with very clean well maitained rooms. helpful and friendly staff every day of our stay. breakfast manager runs a very tight ship with excellent service!
Shopping Tip:
Excellent location for all shopping in Bukit Bintang area.

close to bukit bintang and chinatown. opposite times square and monorail.

the location of the melia is excellent. the staff were helpful and friendly. the lady on the travel desk was very knowledgable and gave us good information re day trips.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
melaka is a must see. we went on a private tour and had lunch at an authentic nonya restaurant. as it was friday and we had a 7pm flight, we were able to be dropped off directly at airport instead of returning to kuala lumpur. was an excellent day excursion.

This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were generous, clean and modern and the location was excellent (right opposite Berjaya Times Square mall and in front of Plaza Lo Yat electronics mall).
The included buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and friendly.
The hotel was very clean and inviting and the welcome drink was a nice touch.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

i like to stay in melia as it is a nice and clean hotel. the service of the staff are also good. but the menu of the breakfast is always the same everyday. the location is quite good especially when we want to go to singapore by bus coach>. the bus coach station is just beside melia, so we don't have to take a cab to the hotel.

Great Hotel in good central location
The buffet breakfast was sumptuous, the rooms were decent sized and well equipped

We had a great stay at the Melia in Kuala Lumpur. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was welcoming and a relaxing place to sit while waiting on taxis or resting at the end of the day.
The rooms were serviced each day but it was great to see the hotel making a small effort to be a little environmental conscious with signs about conserving water, etc.
The swimming pool was small but clean and inviting with a towel service pool side.
The staff were friendly and helpful

smells of smoke in non smoking room
good location to shopping

ordered a double room non smoking, on arrival at reception another custommer was argueing over a non smoking room and was gooing to leave so when we where attended we absolutely said it must be non smoking and where assured same. Had to accept twin beds & ended up buying a deoderiser to mask the smell so we could put up with it. Not first time in Malaysia for this to happen but i promise there wont be a next time.
