It is very average in terms of service and value. The rooms are not very clean, all services suchas internet need to be paid extra, the personnel is not really friendly, picky about small things. In general i wouldn't reccomend the hotel.

Location near Bukit Bintang and Time square, close to smart tunnel and central KL, direct Monorail

Check in and service at the counter is slow, training needed, compared to other hotels. Breakfast good, location very good, however can easyly get stuck in the traffic jam area, since this area is jam-prone.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Timesquare ( Shopping and Themepark) is opposite and the monorail just in front of the Hotel, easy access to many places in KL.

the room was spacious. the room service and concierge was prompt with your requests.
the breakfast buffet was quite a spread with many varieties. it was a pleasant stay even though
for 1 night . i will be back to the same hotel for my next trip.

It was a surprised that the hotel had high tea or coctail for the costumer. I never had that in any other hotel. It was so good. I was given a tower twin as a souvenir. That also a pleasant surprised plus the toiletries set was so nice.
