The service and rooms were good but the amenities like the swimming pool was below par. The hotel could also increase the variety of selections for the morning buffet. Overall, the hotel is good.

This is probably the 4th time of my stay here at this hotel over the last 12 months. I think it is the best testimonia if i have to recommend a hotel for other viewer on this website. In the morning i could take the monorial to my customer office location by beating the traffec jam. in the evening it is a walking distant to shopping, food and lounge etc. Not forgetinngthe pool and gym await you if you are a health freak!!

this is the first time we stayed in melia hotel. the location is great with imbi monorail station just in front of the hotel. 5-10 mins walk to major shopping malls like lot 10, sungei wang plaza, pavilion kuala lumpur, fahrenheit88, berjaya times square, etc.
cons: the hotel is a bit old, suggest to do some renovation particularly the carpet.

What a lovely Hotel

I enjoy my stay at this hotel the last 4 visits to KL for business meeting as well as a short family holiday. During the morning it is so easy to travel to all part of KL via the monorail. In the event you could just do a short walk to Pavilion and/or KLCC for some great food and shopping. Of course you can also do an even shorter walk to Sugei Wang or Bukit Bintang and TImes Sqaure for fantastic food and shooping as well.

lovely hotel with great accessibility
right next to imbi station and lies within bukit bintang shopping area

room is well furnished. very accessible with the ktm station (imbi) right next to it. berjaya times square is directly opposite and many shopping malls down the road.

The room was just right for my family. But no Wi-fi in room if you want to use you have to pay money! The hotel location is very accessible for shopping and for food as Berjaya Times Square is located just opposite the hotel. Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang and Low yat area is a walking distance from hotel for more shopping options. staffs were nice!Facilities in the room just normal and Safe is spoiled during our stay.
Shopping Tip:
Low yat for IT and hand phone gadget.
Bukit Bintang & Berjaya Time square good for shopping!
