It was a great stay.
The accessibility to commercial establishments and transportation.
Our stay was very great! When u value money, go to Melia..All staffs are friendly especially the receptionist/lobby staff. It's the only place in Kuala Lumpur where u can find great smiles, very friendly staff. Unlike in other places that we visited, staff doesn't smile even women..in Melia, they provide us good service, maybe because people there can communicate in English very well.

Pitstop in KL
Location in interesting Bukit Bintang area, very helpful and accommodating staff, excellent room (clean, great view, good room service)
I was only passing through KL but managed to fit in a lot of good stuff in just 48 hours. The hotel is right by the Imbi monorail station, so very easy to/from the airport via KLIA Express-KL Sentral-Imbi monorail, total cost Rm36.60 - about £7/$10!!, takes less than an hour. Melia is a typical hotel chain offer, but fine of its sort. And the staff were exceptionally helpful to a weary traveller, so top marks to them!

Rude staff
location, big rooms, food around the hotel
staffs at the front counter is very very rude. Arrived early at the hotel. Staffs are very unfriendly, refused to let us check in early even though I'm willing to pay the early check in charges. Rooms were available but they waited till 11am to let us check in WITH the additional charges when I reached at 5am. Does it take so long for your hotel to sort out the reservation? It's too disappointing and I will not stay at this hotel again. Staff wasn't apologetic at all.

The breafkast is good
Hotel location is great but the staff is not to friendly... And in the room rhere is no hotel slipper...the hotel is just to old... At first i arrived i got a room with a broken air conditioner.... I change the room with a bad view...and the bed change into twins bed.
