Very comfortable stay as always great location close to shops resturants and night life staff are very helpful and will help you with most everything you need
breakfast was not as good as the first time we stayed but was still ok
Shopping Tip:
check out Time square over the road or the many shops at the rear of the hotel

Need improvement on service but a good location

stayed at melia before, i thought i was not to bad. so we decide to come back there and stay there. but this time is not as good as the first time.this time we stayed there for 3 nights.
we stayed at the level club room, but i personally dont find any much different compare to the premium guest room, other than the private lobby on the 18th floor.
the room is great, comfy bed and pillow, nice cooling air-cond, good working table and sofa. we got a welcome fruit too and a small kites as a gift. but the internet connection is soo slow that i can't browse anything, not even my emails.
the cleaning room service is not 24hrs. because we just got back to the hotel at 10pm and since we have valuable things at our room, we decide to put do not disturb sign that they did not enter the room. and after we come back, we decide to call and ask if they have anyone that can help us to clean the room, and they mention that is no 24hrs cleaning room service.
the room service food is quite prompt, although food is not so great. but the restaurant need a huge improvement for a melia standard. you will get those ear-piercing sound when they clear the next table, feels like a kopi-tiam clearing the table. just after we sat there for breakfast, i need to call they to ask for coffee. and just like that, they deliver the coffee without asking if i need anything else. i mean, what about sugar, milk, or maybe a stirer? btw they came back and hand a cold milk for my warm coffee.
and my parents came there and order a chicken rice and it takes 45min, and my parents is the only customer in the restaurant.
the bell boy is not so prompt either. 15 min and they still not there while we waited on our room, we decide to carry our own luggages down stairs.
Shopping Tip:
Shop and Dining is definitely better across the street on berjaya times square.

A hotel in good location with fuss free check in. The convenient location with back alleys full of shopping, food and relaxing activities is a plus.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This is my second stay and will continue to stay here whenever I travel for business to Kuala Lumpur. The good location means it is amid the shopping and food alleys with securitised lifts. In additional, the friendly staff providing good service is a plus.

Good location but rooms are abit old

being a business hotel, they should provide cheaper rates for wifi or even free wifi for all rooms.
also, their electric wall plugs should be the multi-type. so that travellers from all over the world will have no issue when plugging in their electronics.

We have stayed at this hotel previously and will be staying there in the future. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the Berjaya Times Square, where you will find many shops with a great variety of goods on offer. It also houses a roller coaster that occupies a few of the higher floors. There are many restaurants nearby and a mini mart next door.

We stayed in a premium room and whilst the decor of the hotel is outdated and there was no free wifi in rooms or public areas, the service and location of the hotel made up for it. The hotel is located next to the monorail (Imbi Station), was within walking distance to the eateries and of course the best thing to do in KL, the main shopping malls. We received great service from all departments.
