Rooms were very spacious, however the bathroom shower was filthy and needed to leave the water running 5 min before any hot water came out. The tub is high to get over that it would be difficult for an elderly person to cross it. Front receptionists knowledge on attractions are incorrect and the bellboy / service guy outside had more information on attractions.

the location is convenience, behind are lowyat and sungai wang. opposite of the hotel is times square. the klcc also nearby.

Great location
Large rooms, breakfast and Monorail outside hotel.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Mellia Hotel Kuala Lumpur and it definitely wont be the last. The hotel is in a prime position with nearby shopping and restaurants, mini mart next door and monorail outside. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff very obliging and friendly. The breakfast has a very good variety that would suit most travellers.

this is a very affordable hotel and the staffs are friendly. in addition, i feel very safe staying at the hotel. it is also very clean and well lighted.the best part is that it is just a stone throw away from the famous shopping center called sungai wang and bukit bintang. this is almost a one stop shopping center whereby you can find anything you want.

This is just another business hotel in KL. extra beds helped our children stay in the same room.
Swimming pool was good and this is very close to city center.
The room was clean and staff were helpful. Cheaper than a lot of hotels in this area.

Great location, close to public transport, great shopping, lots of shopping malls, in-mall theme park,5 floors Information Technology mall,easy to get to from airport...would definitely stay there again!

excellent location for me to move around. taxi stand directly opp the hotel so no issues on getting a cab. room is big,clean and comfortable. love the giant size pillow, lcd tv & room free wifi(no cable require)lots of shopping, food surrounding the hotel. hotel is pack & early check in might be a challenge.
Restaurant Tip:
Dont miss the breakfast, very friendly staffs & pamper with lots of choices.
