excellent location for me to move around. taxi stand directly opp the hotel so no issues on getting a cab. room is big,clean and comfortable. love the giant size pillow, lcd tv & room free wifi(no cable require)lots of shopping, food surrounding the hotel. hotel is pack & early check in might be a challenge.
Restaurant Tip:
Dont miss the breakfast, very friendly staffs & pamper with lots of choices.

Great Location and Large Rooms
It is very near to the major shopping malls and great variety of food / restaurants around that area.

We were being upgraded to level rooms on our arrival for free and checking in was quick and efficient. Hotel Staffs were very friendly.
The only thing we felt weird about the room was that it seemed to be neaten and entered twice (although we have already activated the "Do not disturb" button) while we were out during the first night.
Anyways, our belongings were safe and probably its the housekeepers being too hardworking at night.

Beautiful hotel, Excellent location, Comfortable!

the rooms were very large and the beds very soft and comfortable it felt luxurious. everything was just so clean, neat and accommodating. a perfect place to stay if you want to laze around in the hotel. the staff are also very lovely and helpful with any information or questions.
what i loved most about the hotel is it's location, it's right across the road from time square!
the only problem i had was the price of paying for wifi at the hotel, but there are many restaurants and cafes around the low yat plaza behind the hotel and time square that offers free wifi so it wasn't a problem.
Shopping Tip:
Low Yat Plaza right behind the hotel is know for the it's multi-leveled electronic specialisation stores. Time Square is also a great place for cheap fashion buys, for those who don't like shopping there's also a rollercoaster and movie cinema in there.

The stay at this hotel could not be better as the location was just excellent. It is near to times square and access to train station was just a few minutes walk away. Other shopping malls of Lot10 Sg. Wang were all near-by as well. Hotel cleanliness was standard, not outstanding perhaps. Hotel reception was helpful when asking for travelling ideas and advise for food. Just a word of advise, Taxis are abundant but make sure you ask about the price before you get into any taxi.

We were upgraded to a premium room upon chjeck-in and the size of the room is great even with an additional bed. Being located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, we were surrounded by eateries and shopping!
Breakfast is good too!

The trip stay at this hotel was great, the only thing is the TV program has too few variety. Staff is friendly and good services attitude.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel was great for shoppers, Sungai Wang and Bejaya is just around the hotel.

It's my first time stay in Melia KL. It was a pleasant one. I love the service. All of them are very helpful and kind. The hotel is located right in the middle of the traffic Bukit Bintang Area. Surrounded with malls, and also right in front of you is the Imbi Monorail Station. It's only 2 stop away from the Chinatown. Easy to access and you can walk around to the malls in Bukit Bintang and even to the famous Jalan Alor at night. The breakfast was nice and have great varieties. The room was quite spacious, clean and nice. However, you need to pay for around RM 58 for the one-day internet service.
