Lovely Hotel & Good Breakfast

Hotel just opposite to Berjaya Time Square. Reception counter staff not so friendly. Non Smoking Floor but next to my room got guest smoke inside the room, complainted to hotel but not action at all.

breakfast service staff are polite and welcoming. size of the pool was disappointing. our room is also quite dark...an extra lamp will be good. hotel mentioned there is no extra lamp and offered to send someone to take a look but we declined. hotel room lack of tv channels.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
kl tower, twin town, bird park. batu cave can be reached by ktm!

Lovely hotel with a Good Location
Strategic Location in KL and near to Shopping Center, Restaurant and food stall

I love to stay in Melia KL cause of the they strategic location near to shopping center and easy to find a food. it just a walking distance to Bukit Bintang Road which is a trademark road when you traveling to KL.
This is my first time to stay in Melia KL and I really enjoyed to stay at Melia and for sure if I have a trip again to KL I will stay at this hotel and highly recommended to our friends especially we got a good rate by booking the room on Agoda.

peaceful stay adn stafff were helpful despite air con was not working. Immediate room change was given. Like about the 15 minutes guarantee service.
