Great Location, Spacious Room, Attentive Staffs
Close to all shopping malls in Bukit Bintang area

A great 4 stars hotel, located very close to many shopping malls in Bukit Bintang area; and Imbi monorail station at the doorstep, Melia is an excellent hotel choice. Glad that I stayed at Melia for 3 nights. 3 nights were not enough to explore and shop at the shopping malls in this area (Berjaya Times Square, Low Yatt Plaza, Sungei Wang, BB Plaza, Lot 10, Fahrenheit Mall, Pavilion).
Jl Alor which is a heaven for foodie like me, is located just 2 blocks away from Melia hotel.
The staffs were very attentive & always smiling. Breakfast was okay.
No free wifi in this hotel though. But I received a free Tune Talk Sim card at LCCT airport - excellent prepaid card especially for Blackberry user like me as it has an unlimited BB service.

Hotel located in good location, near Berjaya Times Square, Alor St, LRT just one min walk.
Others shopping malls like Sungei Wang, Lot 10, etc are walking distance.
Good security in hotel, but swimming pool too small.

We had a nice stay even if it was just for one night and the rooms are very comfortable.
Will most probably stay at your hotel had we to re-visit.

The hotel lobby do not have any ramp, hence it will be an issue with pram for baby and those on wheelchair.

Overall a very decent and safe stay but not a delightful one.
Hotel has a "aged" and"tired" feel, including lobby and room but the restaurant is exceptional, i believe it might have been modernised.
Front desk service was decent but not delightful. For eg, i requested for a later check our time 2pm, although eventually granted, it was not without frustration. Done very basic customer service lapses were observed. I don't usually face the same difficulties in other hotels.
Breakfast buffet was decent but not delightful. Spread was generous but quality of food esp the local delights, noodles and also coffee can be better.
Towels and bed linen were decent but not delightful. They were clean and sufficiently fresh but towels were thinned and pillows were not fluffy.
Bathroom condition was decent but not delightful. Toiletries were generous, overall cleanliness was good but bathroom was old and water drainage was very poor on the long bath.
Location was good but not delightful, it was some distance from the heart of Bintan, but within safe, walking distance.
Overall a very decent and safe stay.

Rooms were very spacious, however the bathroom shower was filthy and needed to leave the water running 5 min before any hot water came out. The tub is high to get over that it would be difficult for an elderly person to cross it. Front receptionists knowledge on attractions are incorrect and the bellboy / service guy outside had more information on attractions.

the location is convenience, behind are lowyat and sungai wang. opposite of the hotel is times square. the klcc also nearby.

Great location
Large rooms, breakfast and Monorail outside hotel.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Mellia Hotel Kuala Lumpur and it definitely wont be the last. The hotel is in a prime position with nearby shopping and restaurants, mini mart next door and monorail outside. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff very obliging and friendly. The breakfast has a very good variety that would suit most travellers.

this is a very affordable hotel and the staffs are friendly. in addition, i feel very safe staying at the hotel. it is also very clean and well lighted.the best part is that it is just a stone throw away from the famous shopping center called sungai wang and bukit bintang. this is almost a one stop shopping center whereby you can find anything you want.
