Service Suites with big room and good view

I booked about 51 service suites for my business group, the experience is good and within our expectation. The guests from the business group are impressed with the size of the suite and also the beautiful night view of KL city.

Very privacy. Come in via covered parking bay, take the lift straight to the floor.

So far so good. Very convenience with 24/7 7-eleven located just in front of the entrance. Covered parking bay straight to the floor. Private swimming pool (coz it needs password to enter :) )
Few clubs, karaoke, mamak restaurant all in the same compound.

Very spacious suite, Petronas twin towers view.

Excellent hotel suite. Good breakfast spread. Huge suite size. Clean. Well equiped.
Best of all is the view of the twin towers at night. Really a very worthwhile hotel to stay in especially family with kids.
Shopping Tip:
To travel to city centre will require driving time. Sometimes the jam is nightmarish. There is an LRT station nearby. Shopping is excellent in Bukit Bintang area.

a medium range hotel for family. a bit old already but room cleaniness still sactisfy. but bathroom only with shower fix on the wall, it is hard to bath for infant or young children.
the breakfast provided in restaurant quite tasteful. however there were no any baby chair provided even is family suite tower. i had to carry my 1 yr old girl on my leg throughout the breakfast.

Great location and value for money. room size is ok, tv channel is very limited. need to maintian and upgrade all the facilities. standard of breakfast is not that good. overall based on the price, should b acceptable.

both myself and my husband are busy working person in kuala lumpur and hardly apply leave to take our kids for holidays. thus, we decide to book the seri cempaka service suite as our holidays vacation away from home. both my kids were so happy and feeling that they are in vacation. we are so pleased that without absent from work we still can experienced that type of vacation moods in kl. we intent to go back again for our next "holidays trip".

This is a great location for seminars/conventions at Menara PGRM as they are next to each other. The shopping mall and LRT station is 5 - 10 minutes walk away. The rooms are maintained and the hotel is getting a fresh coat of paint. It comes with free wifi. You can wake up to the view of KLCC too!
A pity though that the security is poor. I could get to the guest room levels without the room keys. Perhaps the feature was disabled due to the renovation?
Overall the experience has been great. I will come again.
