The room is huge! and it got all the basis stuff you need i.e fridge, micro-oven, etc

the hotel is located in the middle of town or is just a 15 min drive to the golden triangle and the bus station and Lrt station is within walking distance. very convenient and easy access and to locate. Parking is free, however, the parking is a bit confusing and small. if you are driving a big car, you need to brush up your skill to park there.
Shopping Tip:
is very near to the golden triangle so is a nice place to stay and shop there.

Great location and reasonable price

It is an average hotel but the location and price are good enough to let you have a stay with them. It is suitable for business trip more than family trip occasion.
There are a Jusco department store and LRT station near the hotel. It is very convenient.

Way out of most attraction, not convenient

Quite disappointed because it is actually an old apartment with a hospital adjoining to it. Location is far away from most attractions so unless you have a car and familiar with the roads, avoid it.

We appreciated our own space. We are a couple with a 16 year old and liked the size and design as well as two bathrooms. We also liked coming home from the frenetic pace of the city. The pool was refreshing but nothing special. The park, a 7/11 and excellent local restaurant all nearby were also a plus. The kitchen was not well equipped for cooking and lacked dishwashing liquid, sponge and tea towel. The LRT station was a five minute walk away and the trains regular. A trip into most parts of town takes 20 - 30 minutes. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.
Restaurant Tip:
The local restaurant opposite the park (I think its called The Park Corner)has excellent food.

great apartment but located out of cbd

our apartment was very comfortable, although not new. the rooms were an excellent size for the four of us. the only times we interacted with staff were check-in, check-out and breakfasts, during which they were courteous and helpful. located out of cbd, we had to catch a cab for shopping, etc, which was not always easy. however there are restaurants and food stalls close by. the hotel pool was simply a rectangle and the same depth all over in a featureless setting.

Easy to book with agoda.com. Check in process very fast.
Seri Cempaka Service Suite have spacious family area that we can chit chat each other with view Petronas Twin Tower at night so beautiful.
There also have enough parking space to park our car.

furniture might be dated but definitely comfortable. good hot bath/shower as water pressure was excellent, even at the 20th floor. very satisfied.
