Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great hotel services and hospitality.
Everything, probably the best i've stayed in, a bath tub will help for the single bed suites though, nevetheless love the whole concept of the room.

i'm really thankful for the short waiting time and due to my early arrival and the influx of my car groups, they do manage to accomodate everyone promptly in a proper manner in which a 5 star hotel standard is maintained, unlike a previous bad experience with another kl hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Just avoid Swiss Garden Hotel Group at all cost.

Great Location
New Rooms. Well Maintained
7.7
If you're staying at the Micasa for the easy access to the US embassy, then this is your hotel. Would have been better if breakfast was included. Otherwise, very pleasant stay. Spacious rooms with very new furniture and amenities.

Good location with good service

Good thing is the design of the bed is nice and comfortable. It is located at the centre of the city!
This hotel is not suitable for shopping spot if you are looking for a distance walking to shopping mall. You need to take a cab at lobby.
About the staffs, they are somewhat better than some 5 star hotels service.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in KL. The hotel looks a bit old but they recently conducted renovations which resulted in a luxurious setting.
Great roon size too.

Quiet stay not too far away from the busy city
Quiet and comfortable enough
7
I stayed there for only a night with my daughter. I believe the hotel is more to a residential stay for working people and as the opposite of the hotel are a huge building that made up with several multinational company, so there are many office workers walking around the outside of the building especially during the morning, lunch and after-work hour. I can see some of them staying in the hotel too. It was fine for me actually. With a discounted price, I get to stay in a room with equipped kitchen. So I thought it was quite worth the price. The staff there are always there for you but they know their boundaries to not disturbed you too. To be frank, they are not that friendly compared to 5 star hotel, but it was good enough for me.
Shopping Tip:
For those who focus their stay for shopping, then this hotel might not be that suitable as you need a taxi to reach the shopping mall like Pavilion or Time Square. But I notice that they provide free bus to bring the occupants to most of the shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. Of course with a time fixed too.

Quiet location with KL's finest restaurant
Tennis courts, restaurant Cilantro, away from the city
8.7
i chose this hotel for a stay as i want the feel of a service apartment, enjoy a quiet time, the use of the tennis court as well as fine-dine at kl's best restaurant cilantro. service is personal and friendly with very comfortable rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
award-wining cilantro is kl's finest restaurant that's most consistent. it's uniquely french-japanese and boasts the largest collection of fine wines of the world. chef takashi kimura. the 7-course degustation is a must-try (around rm320++)
