The location of the hotel is very strategic. Nearest to Mines Shopping Mall. The staff is very friendly and really helpful. The view from the room is awesome!! I have no problem to recommend to my friends and my family about this hotel.

Beautiful Surrounding Scenery.

We decided to try this resort as we travel quite often for leisure. Plus,we had to attend a wedding at the Palace of The Golden Horses which was just about 8 minutes away by car. Beautiful resort,near to the lake and shopping mall. Complimentary shuttle services provided from the resort to POTGH and KLCC is a great value added service. However, sadly,the rooms really require refurbishment. We were "upgraded" to the chalets by the lake. The chalets were really in a bad state with defects in the room. It is not fit to be sold or occuppied. We would not recommend this room type unless it is refurbished.

This hotel have a nice environment with Balinese design and provide few package for guest who want to pampering themself. Near to Mines shopping centre. The staff not so friendly or helpful . I am almost late for my work as I been waiting the staff to call the cab even though I have requested the service during check in time one day before. And..the worst I have to wait half an hour for the cab. And they should be more polite, helpful, knowledgeable and nice to anyone even they are not look like a rich people.

this is not my first time we stay here.since my previous visit seem like a got flu so this time it also same i got flu because of i feel like aircond filter is not well maintain. other service is ok.not much to decribe because i will not pick this hotel for my next stay and ever.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always there when you need them. Only 3mins walk to Mines Mall which was so handy for us because we were travelling with 2 toddlers. My eldest son is in love with this hotel!!! He just talked about this hotel...again 5mins ago. They gave us the best view of the hotel. Room was so spacious for my kids to run around. Highly recommended for everyone
