Inconvenient and no prompt service
Spacious rooms, airy lobby, variety of food.

Each time we go back we have to scan our door card bcos it was either not functioning well or super sensitive. So imagine we stay for 5 nights x 2 (assuming we go back to put our files after convention meeting then go shopping) it's 10 times we go back to counter to scan the card. If we forget to scan we have to go up lift n down again. It's just inconvenient.

Check in late at night. Very nice room, clean. overlooking the lake. Very romantic view at night. Pity had to leave early morning for business.
