the room is quite rundown for a so called 4 star.

Near shopping mall but old rooms

Convenient as just walking distance to Mines Shopping Mall but the rooms and the furniture and fittings in it are very old and unpleasant. Even the TV are still the bulky type and you can see stains on the bathroom's sink. The good point is that it's a strictly non-smoking hotel.Wasn't too happy when I was at the lounge to play pool as the staff was unfriendly,looked irritated,no smile and not helpful.

Convenient location, good for a serene getaway

stayed in a run of house room with a lake view for 2 nights with a friend for a short getaway trip. we weren't expecting much for the room though as other reviewers have mentioned that the rooms, furniture & tv were dated, etc. but we weren't particularly bothered by that. we actually found the room rather spacious & the view from our balcony overlooking the man-made-beach pool & the mines lake was pretty nice. the pool doesn't seem very clean though. area is calm & serene, good for relaxing. good & convenient location, walking distance to mines shopping mall & serdang train station. they also provide free scheduled shuttle vans to klcc & bukit bintang though you gotta reserve your spots at least a couple of hours in advance usually & it's about 20+ minutes drive to the city. there's also a water taxi that you can take across the lake. service was good, staff were friendly & our stay was generally pleasant & enjoyable.
Travel tip:
Do request for a room with lake view

The location of the hotel is behind MIECC.ever expect such a pleasant stay. Value for money.. It was great being walking distance from the shopping Mall, which had great eateries which were relatively cheap. Landscape for the hotel was all fine.

There's no free parking for hotel guest (as was told off). Have to keep pay 2RM (for weekdays, 3RM for weekends) to enter by car to park at the car park every time. The area outside the hotel, around the mall, is dark during the night(after 10pm?) Staffs service was okay

Hotel of 5 minutes walk to MIECC

The room is spacious for stay enough for 3 people.
The toilet takes a long time to digest our contribution and resulted in long queue outside.
The pillow is quite comfortable.
The aircond is not adjustable and not strong enough for the room.
Food at the restaurant (breakfast) is too expensive and does not value for money. Food quality is not up to a 4 star hotel standard and disappointing.
Bath gel and shampoo available has no cleansing effect at all.
We ended up buying our own shower gel and shampoo for the second night's stay.
The lighting of the hotel and surrounding environment is very dim and gloomy.

The hotel room facilities probably need to be upgraded as some might not be presentable especially the bathroom shower tap.etc.The room flooring would be better off without the carpet.

Nice hotel but no food

We were a group of friends who came to KL from Singapore to see the MotoGP race. I picked Wellness because it seemed to be located conveniently near the main road. However, it is, actually, very hard to find unless you have a navigation system, which we didn't. The road system around this place is confusing and complicated; there are no clear signs.
The next thing is that the hotel is well-maintained, which is a rare gem in Malaysia.
The main problem was that when we came for breakfast around 8 p.m., all the food had been eaten and they told us that they were not going to refill it. All the buffet plates were empty. We complained to the receptionist and she instructed the kitchen stuff to cook new food, but we had to go to the race and ate our breakfast at an R&R along the highway. On my opinion, the very fact that a plate is not refilled immediately once it's empty is an indicator of something very wrong inside the heads of kitchen stuff. Or they simply cannot count? I understand that the hotel was probably unusually full because of the race, but still they did know the number of their guests.
Shopping Tip:
There is a huge shopping mall nearby.

Great location with nice surrounding and privacy
It is like going to resort even though in the city

The stay was pleasant but the price didn't include the breakfast as was my last stay during school season, even though the price more or less the same price.
