tidy and clean with prompt house service.

even room is a bit small but comfortable. It is convenience to look for food even at midnight. Can go to shopping and massage without using Taxi. Worth to stay. May be due to the computer system which made check out a bit slow.

Overall the rooms are okay, its just the rooms are not well proof, you can hear the noise from the outside,and the receptionist are not really friendly,they don't smile at all.. but the cleaning service guy are so friendly and nice.. for those who want's to travel by bus.. the pudu sentral are quite near..
Shopping Tip:
you need to walk quite far to reach the pavilion mall, but for those who like to walk,it's okay anyway =)

Quite a nice hotel where you can feel fresh due to the cleanliness.Receptionists are friendly with full uniform and also most of them are able to speak English.Concerning the housekeeping,I really appreciate for the prompt action upon request. But only thing is that when I first check in the first night, I was allocated with a double room instead of a twin room. However it was changed immediately upon request.
Shopping Tip:
You walk out the hotel you can find anything you want to buy. It is very near indeed to do shopping and also finding food to eat without taking any Taxi.

rooms are very spacious and well-equipped with different types of amenities. with the same price offered by other hotels around that area, this hotel is definitely a better choice although you have to walk for 10minutes to get to bukit bintang. staff are helpful and friendly. a vegetarian food court is right behind the hotel with a great variety of vegetarian meals.

Nice hotel with Small room, the Acoustic Factor is poor as people talking along the corridor and next room can be heard.
It is quite irritating when you are trying to sleep in the late night.
Generally Hotel is OK for a short stay.
Travel tip:
Go to ALOR Food Street to try out the food there. Ask for an estimate of the price before order especially for seafood dished.
