I stayed there with my 5 families for one night. This hotel is at a very convenient location and very close to KL sentral. But there is problem that needs to be improved.we reserved 3 rooms,and the check-in time is 2:00 pm. We got two of them at around 1:30pm, but for the last one, the cleaning hadn‘t finished until 2:50pm. SO It will be beeter if the cleaning could be done before 2:00 pm.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
close to KL sentral where we could get the convenient transport to some tourist attractions.

A very convenience and satisfying
location is in the center of major transportation facilities, easy to find eating places & Little India is closeby.

My experience staying at this hotel is wonderful. Its location is superb, very near to the KL Monorail Station, KLSentral Station. Public transportation is very easy to get. A bus stand is right on the opposite of the hotel main entrance. Street food stalls are almost every where and good restaurant is just at the corner.

The receptionist who was there when I checked in was polite and full of smiles. He was friendly. However, there was no toilet paper in the toilet.

Hotel is in fantastic location but small rooms

Hotel is very near to KL Sentral train station / monorail station and bus interchange.
Many food stalls and coffee shops are near the hotel.
Last time we stayed in a hotel near Paser Seni and we faced lot of issues to visit the sites in & around KL. This time it was really worth staying near KL Sentral which helped us to avoid unnecessary train transfers and saved our time.
Hotel was good and the staffs were really helpful. We reached too early (before the check-in time) and they provided us the room soon with an extra cost of 50MYR.
The rooms were too small and the pillows were smelly. They should have used new pillo cover instead of old one along with some room freshners. Also we could hear more noise in night due to the nearby pubs and night life enjoyment.
But this hotel is a great choice for ppl who thinks about budget...i would suggest my friends to consider this hotel for their visit.

Location is the best thing here coz it's near kl sentral just 5 minutes walk but the hospitality is really worse.The bf voucher they didn't give us with the key so in the morning I asked for it. She just gave and didn't say anything. I asked for tomorrow coz I lived 2 nights. She said you got to pick tomorrow again.It's my right to have bf but She act like I have it for free,so bored. The room is small and smell bad. Anyway,The Burger in front of the room is really delicious.

We had a third floor room facing the main road can hear a little traffic noise,ask for room away from front.. Overall stay was very good.
