Great hotel, great service, and great location!

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. Upon checking in, I have noticed that the hotel is very clean and most of the stuff being used in the hotel are quite new. There are no spots of dirt or any gross insects. The hotel staff was most friendly often accommodating our requests and helping us with directions around the city. The location was the best part because it was super near to all the train stations and even the bus station coming from the airport is located here. We did not have a hard time going to the places in our itinerary, and best part of all we saved so much money because we did not have to take the taxis. This hotel even had strong wifi connection per floor which I liked best because I could use it to research on where to go around Malaysia, and it helped me to stay connected to my friends and family back home. Lastly, the breakfast was really delicious, and the restaurant Old Town White Coffee is just beside the hotel. We were able to save on breakfast money for really good meals, and it helped us save time looking for restaurants for breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
To get to the different sights around KL, the KL Sentral train station is the best way to get around the city. If you want to get to Petaling Chinatown, just ride the LRT to Pasar Seni station. To get to Petronas Tower, just ride the LRT to KLCC Station. Even the shopping malls are easily accessible through train, just ride the Monorail Train and get down at Bukit Bintang station, and a lot of the shopping malls are walkable from there. You can even get to Batu Caves by riding the KTM Komuter train, just go down at the Batu Caves Station. Tickets to Genting are being sold at the bus station counter in KL Sentral, it is wise to buy immediately when you get down from the bus from the airport. To get to Malacca, just buy tickets from the Terminal Bersepadu Station which is located near Bandar Tasik Selatan station which is easily accessible by riding the KTM Komuter train from KL Sentral Station. If you want to get to Sunway Lagoon, just cross the street in front of the hotel and wait for the U63, U67 or U76 bus at the bus station. There is also another bus station near the hotel where you can wait for these buses. Hope this helps!

Ok hotel and location

When we got to the hotel we were told that there were no more rooms available. I was very disappointed because there was no notice. Was not able to stay at My Hotel @ Sentral. They changed the booking without informing me to another hotel which was My Hotel @ KL Sentral. When I asked the receptionist at the next hotel when my reservation was changed.... I was advised it was only changed that day. I made my original reservation at least 2 months in advance. The rooms were ok but there was no fridge and there was only one english channel on the tv.

Very easy for transportation , clean room but poor breakfast , we wait breakfast for too long time cause they made order for other who pay first ,but we used coupon from the hotel . They made our wait more than 50 min although we came first .

very good location. easy access to the trains. safe area to stay in. convenient to shop and sightsee. this is my second time staying there and i would highly recommend the hotel to other budget travelers who wish to save on accommodation and yet get the best value for their money.

the famiy room was definetly adequate in its size and comfort and unfortunately no windows for a view. however for the price we paid and that incluled breakfast it was hard to complain.

great location at KL sentral, close to MRT things n easy to find anything

everytime i go to KL i choose to stay here, very good location, very close to traffic center. very easy to go to anywhere. n there a old town coffee downstairs 7/24. room is small n no window for this time. but still ok. no hair dryer in the room. u hv to call the house service to send over. but it is not always available when the rooms r fullly booked...

Affordable hotel and service with a smile

great location. it is located at the middle of transportation hub. you can take taxi, lrt, monorail, metro bus or rapid bus, ktm. it makes travelling easier. the hotel is worth the money. the only drawback is that the door of the bathroom is transparent. it would be awkward for a group of boy and girl friends. the hotel staff are friendly too.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you stay more than 3 days and would like to wash clothes, there is a self-service laundry shop nearby.

Modern hotel with clean rooms near central station

i stay here regularly when transiting through kl. you can walk a couple of hundred metres and get a train, monorail or international airport train or lcc airport shuttle and there is a taxi stand at the station. the hotel is small and the rooms are not very big but they are clean, modern and have nice bathrooms and good air conditioning. there is a cafe restaurant next to the hotel and others within a short walk.
Shopping Tip:
the monorail nearby will take you to chinatown approximately two stops or bukit bintang in 5 stops.
