Nova Hotel Kuala Lumpur Info
This budget hotel is right on the same street as many hawker stalls so you won’t be starved for choice when it comes to eating. Since the hotel is in the middle of Kuala Lumpur you’ll have a window on the big city’s bright lights and slices of daily life. A modest establishment, the 154 rooms do offer some creature comforts and a pleasant place to bed down for the night. For special services and amenities, the hotel is home to the Casanova Kafe for breakfast or dinner, snacks or drinks. They also offer a number of different tours and airport transfers, free parking, and a limousine service for that rockstar treatment.

Enthusiastic staff, good attitudes. Not noisy, even right at the most crowded street of the city. Near Puduraya Sentral - the Station for bus and taxis to go anywhere in the city. In a walking distance with BB Plaza, Sungei Wang Plaza, and Low Yat Hypermarket.
Thin walls, toilet dripping days and nights. Bathroom is not like a 3-star hotel. My friend's room has a terrible smell.
I spent two nights in Nova hotel, and found it a reasonable place to stay at if you are in a backpack tour. It's very near the food courts, food street and those shopping malls. You can walk outside and find a street full of food stores, Thai food, Chinese and Nonya food with reasonable price. Wong Ah Wah for grilled chicken wings, and 1 plus 1 for a bowl of Sui cao Mee. Great
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Turn right when stepping out of the hotel to Jalan Pudu, make another right turning and walk for 10
mins, there you'll be at Puduraya Bus station.
Turn left, about 50 meters, on the right is 1 plus 1 store with vegetarian, sui cao mee, and dim sum menu, opposite is Wong Ah Wah with their famous grilled chicken wings.
Making a right turning at the corner of Jalan Alor and 1 plus 1, go through the alley to the other end, and cross the road, you will go to Low Yat Hypermarket, and the back door of Sungei Wang Plaza.

Dirty, and needs updating.
This hotel needs bo be updated and it could at least do with a good paint. The windows in particular were filthy. Many aspects of the room are old or broken or just not working properly. The room was not properly cleaned - there was a used tissue and other dirt and fluff under the edge of the bed. We used the toilet once and it then it broke - would not flush properly, then got blocked. The breakfast is edible but nothing really exciting, however it is a standard type of breakfast for this class of hotel. The hotel is however a a good cheap option in a very convenient area just near Bukit Bintang shopping and restaurants.
Shopping Tip : BB Plaza has EVERYTHING you could want.

Near to restaurants and malls. Near also to monorail station. Hospitable hotel employee.
Rooms need to be improve. I could see some small cockroaches around. I don't know if its wifi free internet. Cable TV channels are only few.
To sum up it all, the hotel needs to be totally improved. Although it is quite cheaper compared to other hotels in Malaysia. I hope it would be renovated specially the rooms. Also, it would be much appreciated if more foods will be serve during breakfast. Also the drinks at breakfast, like chocolate, fresh pineapple juice and milk.
