The Novotel Hydro Majestic is conveniently located adjacent to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, in the famous Golden Triangle tourist and commercial precinct. The 28 storey hotel features 291 rooms, an executive floor, 4 restaurants, a fitness centre, spa and swimming pool. Situated in the popular Bukit Bintang shopping district and only 500 metres from Petronas Twin Towers (the worlds tallest building), guests have easy access to the city's trendiest boutiques, cafes and major tourist attractions.

I have stayed at the hydro majestic few times, the privilege given for us is the main reason we kept returning to the hotel. (Free extra bed, private c/in, executive lounge and more......) However, I just don't know why, our room became smaller and smaller each time we checked-in to the hotel, basically is the location of the room. The corridor lighting is not enough, some of the lights don't switch on. The bathroom area is visible from the bedroom, even though there is a curtain to block, however the bedroom is still viewable. Overall, it lacks privacy for a non-couple. Anyway, I will still recommend this place to others. Hydro majestic is located at a good location and also a reasonable price compared to other KL hotel.

the hotel is located very close to bukit bintang and it is very convenient. The rooms are nice and cosy, however, king size bed is not really king size but two beds put to one, so you feel a little discomfort. The breakfast is nice but is not included in price which is a shame. Agoda shold negotiate to have breakfast included like other hotels.

1. On my check-in safe was locked. Took them 3 days to come and open the safe for me 2. Nobody picks the telephone at conceirge 3. You need to hang the tag "Clean my room" to get it cleaned 4. Getting an iron board and iron took more than 3 hours.

The hotel is located very centrally. The value price level is perfect. The standard of the hotel is up to date. Especially the shopping center are directly reachable and close to the hotel. We would come again. Interesting to see how fast everything is developing. We only can recommend the hotel to everybody. Only be aware the hotel view to the twin towers is very limited to some rooms only.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The gentlemen in the lobby was very helpful and took very good care of us. Staff in the restaurant was very attentive and served us well. The wait- staff were busy but always gracious.

Novotel always provides good service...great staff in the restaurant and the lobby! They were very accommodating during a busy b/fast time!! Why not include b/fast with the room rates all the time, it really is convenient?

Location, location, location.

Try to ensure that ALL staff know which attractions are open during a major holiday like Lebaran..Misinformation can be frustrating.
