Registration at check in very slow
When we arrived and checked in at the counter, they could not find our confirmation which we have apparently booked and paid 1 week in advance. Even we have given them the voucher with fully details. They told us that your agent have not yet sent any details to the hotel. We have to wait around 30 minutes before our check in completed.
Hotel Feature Tip : Beside improving registration procedure at the check in counter, others service and quality consider impressive.

Next to One Utama mega shopping complex.
Expensive place to stay, even so if no special promotional rate.
Convenience place to stay for those who like shopping, eating and for business around Petaling Jaya areas.
Big convention Hall for Conference / Exhibition and Associaltion or Coporate dinner. However, quality of food is not fantastic.
Nice room and lobby but maintenance is lacking. Not working toilet light was not repaired or replaced. Generally staffs are helpful, friendly and polite.
Not a cheap place to stay. Slightly better room rate to book through Agoda than to make reservation directly even on promotional offer or on corporate rate. Reservation staff tried to sell higher room rate for higher catergory rooms.
Travel tip : Good meeting and convention facilities.
