Clean, nice room. Buffet breakfast offers a variety of cuisine. Quite impressive.
It was a short getaway to visit some relatives and Kidzania. Had never stayed in Petaling Jaya area before. But wanted some place near to Kidzania. I know too well of the KL traffic!
Our stay turned out to be very enjoyable.
We had a 4 year old and an 84 year old travelling with us. So easy access to the mall was a great bonus.
We get to eat and shop without having to get in and out of vehicles!

Wonderful stay, upgraded to a Junior Suite for both travellers which was a nice suprise after a very early flight. Only stayed one night but will stay again for sure next time I go to KL.

I stayed in One World hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot. The bedroom is large and the rooms and clean and fairly new. The gym is well equipped and includes dance studios, and there is a adults and kids pool as well.
The location of the hotel, attached to 1 Utama, is great with easy access to many shops and things to do, including a cinema.
The buffet breakfast has a wide range and the food is fresh and tasty.
Will stay here again in the future.

Overall, our stay was fantastic. We were delighted to receive the fruit basket and the welcome note on the tv screen. The room is big with two queen size beds, just nice for me and my 3 teenagers.
Main focal point is the adjpoining One Utama Shopping Mall. Just walked down to the link to one utama shopping mall for our dinner!.Breakfast was very good with varieties kind of cuisines.

It is a good hotels with good accomodation which was surrounding the shopping location at One Utama. But, the service for the bell boy was poor. It was delay almost half an hour and more over the bell boy does not remember where they keep our card. Please brush up your attitude guys. Other than that, perfect.
