A very warm reception on arrival. Check in is fast and front line hotel staff is polite and helpful. Room facilities has been upgrade since my last visit last year. Recommended.

This hotel is pretty old.
It is over charge with the hotel condition and there is no WIFI or internet connection in the room....(even we want to pay for it...)
The breakfast is very limited and only fully start by 7.00am.
It is not really convinience for those business traveller that need to depart early in the morning for business.

Its a big hotel. Rooms are spacious. Located near shopping centre.

Its comfortable. Not crowded probably we stayed during the non peak period. Easy asses to Metro & PapaRich (food cafe with free wi-fi, great food & ambience).

they just hired a bunch of new staff who were still learning the system. there is no wifi in the rooms. too bad for a high-rise hotel. the prescott metro inn was a smaller hotel but with free wifi in the rooms. i stayed in the executive suite. the guest toilet had some problems. overall, it's an okay place to stay for a couple of nights.
Shopping Tip:
Within walking distance to the shopping center.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very good. It included both western and eastern dishes. The only downside to the hotel is there were people smoking in the rooms even though they were clearly marked non smoking.

The room is very neat and clean. The staff is mostly helpful. It is a walking distance to Paparich restaurant for a nice tasty food.
