it was a convienient location close to a lot of shopping malls and tourist attractions. the staff were friendly and helpfull. don't take the taxi from outside the hotel it was more expensive. we were only there one night so we didn't see much of the rest of the hotel.

go to kl tower first and get a hop on hop off bus to see the rest of the city

big room with kitchen. near to kl tower. don't recommend use hotel taxi service which 100% higher than taxi outside. around 15 mins walk to train station.

Have stayed here on two separate occasions and have really enjoyed both times. Roof top pool is great and staff always helpful. Rooms are a great size and amenities are always of a high standard
Restaurant Tip:
Plenty of cool restaurants around the hotel area but if your looking for cheaper options head further into town by taxi or on the MRT

Firstly, there was no one to pick us up for the airport transfer, in fact they have no such thing, it is to the airport that will be charged. The rooms are pleasant enough. Needs up dating though.

It doesn't look like a five stars hotel

We requested a couple superior King bed. However, they gave me 2 single beds room because they didn't have other room. We were not happy, and they told us just to combine the beds together. After 30min of complaining, the front desk finally upgrade us to a one bed suite. I kept sneezing once I got into the room. I assume that's a lot of dust because I am already to it. The room look quite old with the furniture and kitchen. The only nice place is the bath room. The hotel root top has a bar. It was a nice view up on the top, but the drinks are over priced. Overall, it doesn't look like a five stars hotel.

this's my 2nd time here, again their services never failed my expectation. spacious & clean bathrooms & rooms is the main reason i came back. the staff are friendly, great location & this time my room facing klcc, how beautiful it's during night time. overall i'll come back again if im going to kl.

We heard the lunar bar in top floor is very popular, pity with the kid didnot get time to have a look.
