Beautiful new hotel
Great Location, relatively new hotel, large rooms

relatively new hotel so the rooms were quite nice. we were upgraded for free to a one bedroom suite which was so great. kitchen ref and living area were complete. location was just in front of kl tower so near places of interest including bukit bintang, petronas twin towers, etc.

Requests for maintenance was actioned very slowly.
Staff are unequally trained, and willing to help.
Concierge lacked information on things to do (tours etc) around KL and Malaysia.
Staff should, as a whole have better English.
Despite this, some staff are terrific.
Taxi service is good.
House keeping is good.
Pool is good.

The hotel rooms were of a good size for big families. We were upgraded to the Executive Suite that had a big living room with a seperate bedroom and kitchen.
However, the corridors of the hotel could be better lit as it does not give customers a good impression upon exiting the lift lobby. The corridors should portray a more cosy and "inviting" feel that is comparable to the standards of the hotel room.
There is also a bar that is located on the rooftop of the hotel together with the pool that is a good place to relax and chill.

Hotel with helpful and friendly hotel staff

when we first arrived, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful; helped make arrangements (we were three families who booked online at different time) for our rooms to be on the same floor.
we wanted to do some shopping and the concierge was very helpful with recommendations and travel distance. helped arranged transport that would carry all three families together.
the only hiccup, during our stay, was on the last day when we checked out ... apparently one (out of two) lifts were down for repairs and there was a long wait for the lift; there were a lot of people and a long waiting time. luckily, the staff help got us down through the service lift.

if can management hotel bring service free shuttle bus for tourist drop to location shopping pavilion and klcc, for service brings counter information and sales ticket travel local, twin bed set very small can't sleep nice

Friendly and warm service staff, location is not bad. Liked the serenity of the hotel. Rooms are reasonably sized.
