Very kind staff and good quality & big room
A very big and clean room, nice staff performance. good city view, amazing luna bar.

i came to kl 4 times. first time, i stayed this hotel. all performace from the staff are great. i highly recommend this hotel if you come to kl and don't miss luna bar.
Shopping Tip:
10mins walk can reaches klcc or pavillion.

One of the great hotel I have ever seen

This is one of the best hotel I have ever seen. Suites are too good and I got the suite at 31st floor. The view was awesome. Petronas towers were clearly visible from our window. Room service was also quick and very friendly. The best part is, there is Luna bar on the roof of hotel. Awesome view and pool party can be enjoyed from the roof top.

Roof top Luna bar must visit.

Great Location with big rooms and amenities
Great Location, Kitchen, Good for family travelers, clean rooms, spacious and good view from the top floors.

We had been to the hotel by booking via agoda and were happy to stay here after confirming the review about the hotel on the site.
The hotel was worth every penny and much more. Good value for money spent.
Near to most of the places.
Good food.

We had a wodnerful stay at Pacific Regency and would definitely go back to the hotel. In fact, we have booked this hotel for our parents to go back and stay in during their visit to Malaysia.

Big rooms and great location
opposite KL tower very central location

location very well and huge rooms, got upgraded and front desk staff were great specially girl name anna who went above and beyond to make our reservation at kl dinner buffet. location central an walking distance to all center zone area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
take hop on and off buss and see the city the pass is valid for 24hrs. Also do dinner at KL revolving restaurant, very expensive but good experience $75 per person no drinks.

Our stay in Pacific Regency was very good. Very relaxing and very comfortable because of big room. The bathroom is very big and also with the kitchen.. they always replenished the complimentary items...

More like 4 star, but very spacious rooms
Great rooftop bar, right near KL Tower and also 15 mins walk to Bukit Bintang

We were initially put into a smoking room (not good for my asthma), but the next day upon request we were changed to a non-smoking floor by a very lovely receptionist. The hotel is dated, but they are in the process of updating it. More 4 star than 5 but the rooms were huge. Very convenient location for access to shopping malls and restaurants. The restaurants in the hotel were fairly average, but do check out the view from the pool/rooftop bar.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The restaurant strip at Pavillion shopping mall has some great choices!

Beautiful view
Spacious apartment with a magnificent view towards the twin towers and with windows reaching from floor to roof.

We had to call the reception to get the maids to clean the apartment since the bathroom was indeed not clean. The maid came at once.
The pool at the roof is amazing, the bartender skills at the poolbar is not.
Restaurant Tip:
Eat at stals. Also look behind the tourist souvenir "tents" in China town. There are terrific small kitchens/restaurants only occupied by chinees people. To menu, no choises, just meal and soup of the day.

the hotel was well-situated away from the busy commercial areas but walking distance from these areas and a short walk to the monorail. the rooms were well equipped and service was always prompt. i would definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends.
