this is my 1st time to stay pacific regency hotel suites, the room is super spaceious & clean. front desk & house keeping's staffs are very nice. the club on 23/f is rather good than i expected. for sure, my next trip onwards to kl must stay the same hotel here. the front desk was a bit smaller but staffs are full of cheerful. very recommandable to stay this suites. the room rate is reasonable than i stay other hotels near around lot 10.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant & lounge was very nice.

my stay in pacific regency with my wife and friends on 27 oct was wonderful. the rooms are well furnished and cleaned. the swimming pool is just nice and good for a morning swim. the hotel facilities provided are well kept and good. the reception was warm, friendly and knowledgeable.
we really feel at ease and fully satisfied with the services provided. i have meanwhile recommended this hotel to all friends and associates.
please keep up the excellent service.

The condition of the room is beyonds expectation. The hotel is opposite KL Tower.

Fortunately, we've got upgraded by front office mgr. to one bedroom suites. It's liked a room in yr apartment than the hotel. Very modern with warm tone decoration. Free WIFI with some discount coupons to spend in the hotel's restaurant. The cons is a very slow check-in, be prepare .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
KL Tower is nearby.

Upon checking in, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was a delightful and its layout was sleek, modern and simple, complete with a kitchen and living room. My stay at The Pacific Regency was definitely one worth mentioning.
