biggest room i have ever stayed in! pure luxury!

i was upgraded from a superior suite to an executive suite, and it was wonderful. huge suite with soft bed, luxury bathroom and flat screen televisions. really great! good food and room service. recommended.!

Lovely hotel, great location spacious rooms
friendly staff nice view of KL from roof top spacious rooms

A few hick ups, rooms were not ready even though we mailed them of our arrival,No access to WIFI for 2 days
Shopping Tip:
KL is a lovely country and great shopping to suite everyones purse. Will defintely visit KL again.

This hotel suite is perfect for honeymoon couples. Location is perfect for shopping lovers; close to KLCC and 5mins walk to Pavillion. Main entrance is just across KL Tower. Ample free parking and pizza outlet is just acroos the road.

great location with big rooms

our stay is one of the best so far, we were upgraded on a executive suite not once but twice. we chose this hotel because of its location and we were happy on our decision. just across the kl tower, 10 mins. walk to petronas towers. their rooms our big enough to accomodate a family but it needs some job on their aircons especially on the rooms

Fantastic rooftop pool, free fruit and amazing views of Petronas Towers.

loved our time here. we didn't want to leave the room as we were very comfortable. watched loads of movies and felt very rested when we left.

Room service is high class standard and front desk officers are very professional. It relects the Malaysian the Truely Asian. Room is very clean and spacious. Toilet is world class standard and kitchen is clean. TV program is fantastic. Best place for honeymoon!!

as long as you are ready to check out the door your "service" expectation you might like this hotel. claim to have 5 stars , it is 3 stars the most in reality. very difficult to find the rooms with several elevators connected with various building , to go to gym at level 18 you got to go to level 23 walk down one floor then change elevator to go to level 18th. to go back to your room maybe a challenge since elevators from there only goes down....

not good as i am expected !

i am ok with the hotel , but just no internet in my room for 3 days , and i need it , before i book the hotel it said internet for free during stay but i get nothing , try to ask for help from staffs but very helpless, keep asking me to wait 20 minutes later try again, and fews time i waiting and keep calling they said not working , it make me not happy .
the bed was twin bed connected to be king bed , that is not nice too .
every way , i will not stay there again , i am not happy !!!

Good for family stay especially with young kids. Walking distance to shopping mall and pubs. KL tower is just in front of the hotel.
