We stayed there for 4nights. We arrived in the evening around 2AM, but the reception lady was very smily and made check-in very easy. It was our first time to visit KL, the staff in the lobby helped with a map and explained very clearly how we should go. All staff was very helpful. Room was very clean, bath room was big. The swimming pool was also nice, we didn't have any drinks at the bar but looked very gorgeous. So I will recommend this hotel for everyone!

we initially had a room looking directly over a construction site and as we needed to rest before a long haul flight, the noise would have been a disaster! one staff member in particular went out of his way to find us another room in a quieter part of the hotel and all with good humour. much appreciated!

i found this hotel to be good value for money. rooms are little bit old but perfectly functional and clean. most of staff is friendly except busy front office. bar located at top floor is great place to chill as it is next to a pool. staff there is also very nice and helpful. location is good as hotel is in downtown of kuala lumpur. view from top floor is great as hotel is high building and on top that situated on small hill. i recommend this for people who are looking for wide variety of services with reasonable price. but 5 stars is bit misleading.
Nightlife Tip:
look for cabs who use meter. believe or not there are many. If taxi is stopped to a side of road and driver is hanging out with buddies dont even bother asking they want fixed amount = inflated price

have previously stayed at other hotels when in kl but located this one on agoda by chance. the rooms are very large and well layed out with separate lounge/dining and kitchenette. fortunate to have corner room with glass outlooking on 2 sides, pool are on roof has great views and bar facilities but need to book a booth if you want to stay around at night. five minute walk to sky train, 2 stops to main tourist shopping at bintang. many restaurants in area. two exits from hotel - recommend back door via office block as it is shorter to skytrain and hill not as steep to walk up to entrance.
on next trip would definitely stay here again.
Travel tip:
Hotel will arrange limousine service to/from airport for 150 ringit (normal taxi 100 ringit)

This is a fantastic hotel. We booked the Superior Suite which had a number of very large rooms. The location is good for KLICC and within walking distance of Bukit Bingtang. There are also some good restaurants within the vacinity of the hotel. I often travel to KL and highly recommend this hotel.

Enormous hotel room came at a very reasonable price. Our Singapore hotel room, which cost twice the KL room, looked like a closet in comparison. We were given discount vouchers at the hotel spa service and the hotel restos, and free newspapers and toiletries everyday. Staff was excellent and spoke very good english. Bed, pillows and sheets were comfortable. I was only turned off when I saw a mop of hair in the pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't take the hotel cab, as well as the KLCC/Petronas cab - they're way too expensive. Pacific Regency is in close proximity to the KLCC and Petronas. Walking is fun and safe, but just be careful to sling bag over shoulders or infront of the body.
