A great hotel for a great price. The gym is pretty dated and it would be better if it opened earlier, but overall the hotel is very nice and we would stay here again.

Check in was not friendly at all felt very uncomfortable around front desk . Check out the same no thank you for staying. Room had no view and hotel is not near towers at all maybe 10 minute walk.

Rooms were bit old, but well maintained. Room Service took a long time. I was travelling with my wife and 2 little kids and the large rooms was great. we were on the 31st floor and could hear the music from the night club all night long. so if you are travelling with kids, ask for a lower floor.
the reception called at 12:30 in the night to ask me if i had booked another room which was annoying. they should have asked that at a decent time.
but overall we had a great time

A little disappointing

This was my second stay at the Pacific Regency after a great first stay I was a little disapponted. Great convenient location, good fitness centre and nice breakfast. However the room was noisy- don't stay on 32nd floor you hear loud music from the bar. The room was a little run down and tired. Also the lighting was poor.

Was very convenient for my one night stay and easy to walk to some central attractions, shopping and dining. Luna bar upsatirs provides a good place for chilling out and to view the city from above.

I had a pretty good experience however unhappy about the pool hours (closed by 7pm) and some of the female staff at the Front Desk could have been more customer oriented, in the sense that they were not very helpful when asked for certain queries such as purchasing breakfast vouchers. They were not consistent in delivering good customer service. The male personnel at the concierge and the Bell Boys (who assist you with yor luggage), were much friendlier.
