Bad WiFi , Bad lobby, etc.
1). I hv to re-connect the WiFi over & over again in the different location within the hotel suites. 2). The lobby is so small that there were not enough sitting space or even standing area when there were about more than 12 paxs checking in. 3). The food selections at the coffee house were limited and i ordered Teh tarik but was told unavailable. 4). The so called LCD or LED TV in the room was so smalll ( maybe similar to my desk top screen) that i hv to sit at the edge of the bed to watch. Is that a 5-star hotel standard?.

Simple, classy hotel.
Good kitchen facility, room service, stylish interior
Interior had suffered some "wear and tear", otherwise a nice, quiet hotel.

The Hotel does not have any view to outside
Room Comfort, cleaness
I was deppressed, my room had no view execept a tall buiding where i could not even see the sun or the rain, the room was dark all the time. It was depressive

Not all good during our stay
Staff 8/10, Food 8/10, Bed 10/10
Upon checkin at 6pm we didnt check the water supply. We go out for dinner and returned at 11pm, in a little while we discovered the water coming out to bathtab was yellowish. Ask assistance from 11pm and said to just let water drain for 30mins, same result I have picture of it. Follow up. Technician came and advise to wait few more minutes. Nothing happen. Around 1am i asked for room transfer. Feeling terrible already for my 2 yr old daughter as she cant sleep without some shower. It was granted and so far the 2nd room water is fine. We slept at 2am feeling unsatisfied of what we paid for. Promise myself not to check in again there if ever to visit KL.

Good; clean
Is good and clean. Comfortable to stay. Have kitchen but no pan to cook. Overall very good. Will suggest to friend.
