Great service, excellent hotel rooms/amenities

We requested 2 deluxe suites and were upgraded to executive suites from the second night onwards. The rooms were very clean and spacious (like a mini apartment), bathrooms were also large and our rooms came with a small kitchenette/fridge which made it much easier to prepare/store food. Location was also excellent - 15 minute walk to Bukit Bintang and 10 minute walk to the petronas towers. Definitely would stay here again.
Shopping Tip:
Bukit Bintang is only a 15 minute walk and has a vast array of shopping malls and markets.

Good hotel with great views

Hotel is not far from the Petrona Towers and city center. The rooms have nice views over Kuala Lumpur. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite which was really big and had a lot of features, however we also observed that quite a few things in this hotel are just very old, not maintained well and might even just not work properly. Service was very nice but not quite up to my expectations for a 5 stars place: I needed a second room access card and they could only give me one which does not allow me to go up by elevator to the floor ... so what the heck is the use of this card then? Pool and rooftop bar were closed 2 or 3 days of our stay so okay we were upgraded but the actual offerings of this hotels are not that great .. however it was fairly prices as well.

Good value for money.
Great city views from the 31st floor, across the road from the KL Tower. Room large with a very nice bathroom and a kitchenette.. The staff on duty at the elevator were very pleasant every time we used the elevator. Nice pool area with friendly bar staff and the staff in the Soi Restaurant were also very pleasant.

check in staff were a little offhand and somewhat disorganised. the in-room safe was missing and when we finally got an answer regarding said safe we were told that it had broken down and we could use the hotel safe but staff seemed unhappy about that! there is major construction occurring on one side of the hotel so ensure on booking that you are not in a room on that side (no view on this side either.) the in house taxi booking is overpriced - go over the road to get a taxi. tourist information inadequate. downstairs cafe was not operating. the olive lounge stank of smoke so we were unable to go there.

Rooms are big & clean, walking distance to Shopping area, not congested area

Staff are friendly & smily and always there to assist. Remarkably clean room. Area is quiet and ideal for those who wants to be out of the busy, noisy area. Walking distance (about 10 mins stroll) to Pavillion and Bukit Bintang area. Greenery along the slope up to the hotel.

the hotel was very nice but the lobby was a bit small. the room we got was better than what we expected! the room was quite big and it included a kitchen which we didn't use. the bed was extremely comfortable, it was so comfortable that it was difficult to get out of bed! the pool was quite amazing as it is located on the second to top floor (hotel bar is located at the top floor) it had a great view overlooking the city and not to mention the kuala lumpur tower which is located adjacent to the hotel!

Lovely hotel, good location
Good location next to the Menara Tower, just a short walk into town. Rooftop swimming pool. Huge bedroom suite. Friendly staff.

When we arrived at this hotel, we were shown to our HUGE corner suite, with fantastic views across the city. We had a very comfortable time during out brief 2 night stay.
The first night we ate in the Thai restaurant, looking across at the Menara Tower. The food was lovely and quite cheap (by western standards) but alcohol generally in KL was comparatively expensive. We decided to go up to the rooftop bar for cocktails, we had 1 to share as that was all we could afford.
We ordered room service on our second morning, this arrived promptly and was of a good standard, again reasonably priced.
We enjoyed a leisurely swim (and watched the sun come up)both mornings and were the only couple in the pool (probably because it was before 8am).
The taxi service outside the hotel was happy to offer advice on where to go/ how to get there etc and their drivers were friendly and knowledgable about the local area i.e. best places to eat out, go shopping/sightseeing.
