Decent Hotel Wonderful Service

Hotel is not as up kept and good as the pictures showed and it was a little crowded at times. They also at times have an ant problem but the service was great and more that made up for the properties short comings. Overall I recommend it. It is in a great location and I can not rave enough about the friendly staff, and wonderful customer service!

I was very surprised on how comfortable this hotel is.The room is big and comfortable for us,and it has wonderful city view. The hotel staff was very friendly with us..Also the location is very convenience for tourists,probably need 8 mins to arrive Bukit Bintang by walk. I am looking forward to stay here next time!

i like to stay in this hotel.. the location is good, the pool and bar is excellent..you need to pay for a deposit of rm 200 when you check in the hotel. and then if you check out, you will get the same amount..i will recommend agoda for my friends and this hotel to my friends..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
From the Airport ( Low cost terminal ). Take Airport bus(Aerobus) going to KL Sentral. The fare is RM 8. inside KL station bldg.(right side before you exit the bldg.) buy taxi coupon going to the hotel.the fare is RM 14. this is the cheapest way..This hotel is also near in KL tower and Petronas tower..

the suite includes kitchen but no separated living room. more like an apartment.
right under the kl tower, good sight.

Horrible!!!
Old fashioned and construction work until midnight!!!

It is obvious that the hotel management want to clean up the place. Because it is needed.
But your customers, who are placed in old rooms who are not very welcoming, should not be bothered by this!
Until midnight we heard the banging from the construction works. After multiple complaints they still didn't do anything about it and at the end we didn't get any refunds.
Never go here!

Our stay was brief but the staff were especially friendly and helpful particularly on the roof. Wow! What an amazing view. We had a huge apartment which was sop comfortable and well appointed!
