The Hop-On Hop-Off tourist bus picks up at KL Tower opposite, You can get a shuttle bus directly to the toert from out front of the hotel.

okay but customer service must be re-considered

i stayed there for 1 nite for transit from phuket to hcmc, my first impression is this hotel is an average one with good location - near pavillion shopping center, and good price. however, then i felt really annoyed because at nite the bar on 33rd floor is very noisy and i could hardly sleep. moreover, customer service must be improved, after i left and i realized i forgot my near-sighted glasses, i emailed hotel to double check to see if they can keep it for me. one week has passed and nothing is responded. for a 5-star hotel, i'd expect a higher level of customer service.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to take the taxi down the street since the taxi picked up from hotel is more expensive!

Good hotel at a reasonable price

This hotel has suites that really live up to their name. Our Superior Suite had at least 80 sqm, plenty of windows and a fully equipped kitchen. While the hotel is not new, and some of the furniture looks a bit dated, this is clearly one of the best deals you can get in central KL. The rooftop pool doubles at night as one of the more happening clubs in town.

The hotel suite is well placed near the Golden Triangle Business and cultural centre of Kuala Lumpur and immediately by the foot of the famous Kuala Lumpur Tower and barely 15 minutes walk to the Petronas Twin Tower and KLCC. Very convenient for airport taxi to come down to hotel and especially well know to be return pick up by the airport taxi when booked in advance.Unfortnately had not been able to enjoy the other facilities in the hotel due to brisk travelling time.

for its location, room size and amenities - including a good rooftop pool - this a decent kl choice. but i had a major problem with the wifi connection which kept coming and going. i ended up having to move room but still found i had problems. the management kept insisting the problem had been fixed but it didn't appear to be solved at all. the room furnishings while fine are beginning to look dated compared to newer serviced apartments in kl - they are in the process of creating several new floors of rooms with an updated look.

I had a great time at KL and picked the right hotel because being 5 star hotel I had a great deal for the room and was upgraded with a great view of the Petronas Tower. They have excellent staffs, very helpful to get around KL, gives direction and they are very caring. A special mention to Sharon because she was so friendly and helpful. I'll be checking again with this hotel next time I go back to KL.
Travel tip:
I would recommend to travel by MRT and LRT because it's so cheap an convenient.
