The wifi did not work in the room at all despite repeated attempts to ask the reception. They merely insisted that they will ask the IT maintenance guy to reset the router. Had a very bad experience with the staff at Soi23. The rooms are old and the lightings are rather dim.

size of the apartment comes with full kitchentte supplies. it is very suitable for a family with long stay. walking distance to a few good restaurant and a few minutes of drive to klcc and bukit bintang shopping areas. this place is highly recommended to travellers who do not want to be to close to clubbing areas. its daily breakfast is good and staff are very friendly.

They upgraded us without request. Room was great for small children. Pantry really helped with food and cooking for children. Huge space for a lot of functions. Location was close to major attractions. Staff from reception to check out was great.

Old Hotel with good service

The hotel is an old building, car park needs refurbishment and to be maintained all the time especially lighting and water leakage. The reception / check in counter is too small, however, service was excellent. We were upgraded to suite room, nice and spacious. During our stay, the electricity got cut-off late at night, waited for the electrician next morning to rectify the issue.
Hotel Feature Tip:
For a short stay or business leisure, it is recommended to stay there due to its location.

This hotel suites is really outstanding.
Its not just an ordinary hotel but a suites.
Completely furnished with kitchen and living room with
where u can see a nice view of Petronas Tower.
Staffs are very nice and helpful... They even allow
me to accept guests to enjoy more my stat in KL.
Restaurant Tip:
There are many restaurants near this hotel which
are walking distance only. The petronas tower is only 5 mins
from here if u will take taxi.

저는 kl에서 살고 있는데요. 친구가 와서 호텔을 퍼시픽리젠시로 예약했어요. 전에 트레이더스, 르네상스, 마야, 더블트리힐튼, 프린스, 이스타나, 그랜드밀레니엄에서 지내보았는데.. 가격대비.. 퍼시픽리젠시가 좋네요.
위치도 일단 좋고요. klcc는 걸어서 10분정도면(천천히 걸어도) 도착하고, 파빌리온(부킷빈탕)은 15분 내외이긴합니다. 잘란알로 거리에서는 10분정도 걸리고요.
요즘에 klcc랑 파빌리온 연결되는 브릿지가 생겨서..klcc에서 파빌리온으로 이동하거나, 라자출랑근처 브릿지 입구로 들어가셔서 이동도 가능합니다.
택시 타시면 6링킷(부킷빈탕 기준)정도면 충분히 오고요.
호텔 직원도 친절하고.. 루나바 20% 쿠폰도 줘서 저렴하게 먹었습니다.
그랜드밀레니엄은 위치는 정말 최상이나 호텔 시설이 좀 오래된 느낌이었어요.
퍼시픽도 오래되긴했지만 더 깨끗했어요. 특히 침대가 편해서 숙면해서 여행할 때 잘 쉬게 해 주었던 것 같습니다.
