Rooms are large but furniture is not as luxury as it's class. Small swimming pool on rooftop with nice view to Petronas twin tower and KL tower. Good location to shopping centers.

we have stayed here before and will stay again, the hotel is on a steep hill but you can enter via the back door in the next street its a bit easier. the breakfast was not included therefor we didn't eat there
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
in the street parallel to the main street is the bar and cafe walk also a big food mall a bit farther on.

We have no complaints about the hotel. The room was clean and tidy with lots of storage space. The bed was very comfortable. We found the staff friendly and helpful. There were a few minor complaints such as the security safe not working and a light bulb that needed changing but were attended to immediately. Although a bit far from Bukit Bintang, we were within walking distance of shops which included restaurants and a supermarket.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
To see lots of places within the city, we found the Hop On Hop Off bus service very helpful. We also found the trip to Genting Highlands very enjoyable particularly the cable car ride.

very nice place to stay for a family getaway. walking distance to klcc (15mins) and bukit bintang (20mins), so shopping, bowling, movies, food are all easily available. rooftop swimming pool was nice and quiet but should avoid in the evening when the pub next to it opens. asked for a high floor with a view and we got exactly that, a really high floor corner unit with a wide angle view including klcc and bukit bintang. what's more, got upgraded to executive suite which was really nice and comfy. gym was closed for upgrading :( so that's one less thing for us to enjoy. overall, we enjoyed our trip and enjoyed the hotel too.

To find the hotel, look for the KL Tower entrance which is next to the hotel entrance.

i strongly recommend being here. the area is safe and wonderful. it's suitable for those who want to enjoy their times away of noise and city life. especially for honeymoon and also for couples in general. the surrounded area is so beautiful. i hope that i'll be back one day

It's of our surprised that we were upgraded to the executive suite! The room is so big and you can even cook for yourself if you want to! The service is nice but the location is not that convenient as it takes you some effort to walk uphill...If you want to take a taxi, beware to choose those counted by meter instead of fixing the price by the agent/driver.

I'm family with two children, the room was big, but when the first time we entered the room, it was a bad feeling, like creepy feeling. My daughter (2,5 years) went to the bathroom by her self, when she went out she was frightened, pale, i asked her what's wrong and she said that she saw a ghost. We were scared but we decided to stay in that room, after two nights we stayed there, we couldnt sleep at night, it was like something watching and bothering us. The third night the feeling went really bad, and we decided to call the front desk and asked them to move us to another room,I told them the reason, but they said, there were no room left, and they will try to move us on the next day, after that i checked website right away, and turned out that they still have lots of rooms to sell that same night (all categories ). So i went down to see the manager and tell them that we knew they still have lots of rooms, he was a little bit shocked and he said that he will move us to another room immediately. It was better a room but still I have to think twice to stay in this hotel again.

Only the executive suites are any good

The hotel is showing its age. Located between the twin towers and KL tower, the view from the roof top pool is interesting. The superior suites are not worth it compared to the executive suite. The location is good but other hotels are better.

Hotel staff nice and friendly. Room is clean and large. The kitchen also clean spick and span. However when we checked in can see strands of hair on the toilet floor. Only drawback is that the hotel is not exactly at bukit bintang shopping belt or KLCC. Hotel should look into providing shuttle service to maybe Pavillion and KLCC.
