Great rooftop bar and pool.
Excellent rooms and great views. Very handy to many good eating areas; fast free internet.

The staff were very helpful and if you do want to self-cater (who would want to???), it's all there but would be rarely used. Just 3 days on a stopover to Borneo Malaysia but we enjoyed Little India and the overall closeness of amny tourist areas including the Twin Towers and its nearby shopping mall. The train is good value and easy to use.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The train gives easy access to the Sentral Bus area which is undergoing major re - jigging so is quite a sahambles but the 10 ringitt one hour Skybus down to the airport is excellent value.

Room - Huge. Really nice room. comfortable bed and pillows. the only complaint is we asked for a non smoking room. The room we got was definately a smokers room. It did have that smoke smell even though they cleaned it like crazy with air freshner and carpet cleaner. You cant get rid of the smell. The gym was a little confusing to get to but hotel staff were happy to show us the way after we couldnt understand there directions. Its in a good location with just a 400m walk to the monorail station which takes you everywhere.

Stayed at the hotel in June 2011 and returned again in May 2012. Large rooms, plenty of space and good location with small walks to all major attractions, shops and tourist destinations.

i have often stayed at this hotel while on bussiness in kl and this time i took my wife along. she agreed that the following was all really good - service, location, cleanliness of the hotel in general, the size of the rooms and the food. it also has greeat atmosphere with an impressive pool, bar and discotheque on the roof. i have stayed at many top hotels in kl but prefer the pacific regency.

Lovely Room with Good Customer Service

My Boyfriend and i enjoyed the two nights stay at this hotel. We got a free upgrade to the executive suite with was very spacious and we feel very welcome to the hotel.
After a few hours of check in, the staff called and ask if everything was ok etc. we were very please that they have such services.
The hotel room is very clean, though the lobby is quite small, but the classy-ness is there. And luna is great, nice view there.
And also the hotel is located directly opposite the KL tower.
