Exceptional service

We arrived at the hotel at 2am. Our room were being upgraded to a more spacious corner unit suite room facing KL Tower! That was a real unexpected surprise! My fiance loved it! We stayed there for 4 nights.
It took 10mins walk to Pavilion Shopping Mall, and 15mins walk to Suria KLCC shopping mall. Hard Rock Cafe is just around the corner within 5mins walking distance. KL Tower is just opposite our hotel enterance.
Luna Bar at the pool side is a worth to visit place to chill out and relax, hotel guests do not have to pay coverage charge.
We were given 20% discount voucher to dining at Soi 23 Fine Thai dining restaurant, even room service for breakfast was given a fairly good discount and the western breakfast was big portion too.
All were good and we will definitely stay here again!

I couldnt believe the size of the rooms and bathroom. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable to stay in. There's also a cooking area. For the price you pay for this is a really good stay. The location is pretty good too. Within walking distance from main shopping area Bukit Bintang.

this is the 2nd time we are staying in this hotel. the apartments are spacious, clean and nicely appointed. very comfortable. kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and everything you need to cook a meal for 6. breakfast selection is small, but of very good quality. hotel is near to a lrt station, which made it very convenient to travel from the hotel to other parts of the city. overall we enjoyed out stay and will return.

Hotel is certainly not a 5 star, I dont know who they have paid to get 5 stars, but its a good 3 star or pushing it at 4 star. I have lived in KL for 4 years and thought it would be a nice stay. I was very wrong, pay an extra RM100 or GBP20 and get a room in other hotels.
rooms are big and kitchen is in each room, these are marginal bonus points, but old tatty surroundings, dont be fooled by the nice looking lobby, it is tiny and Luna bar upstairs is no patch on the Traders Sky bar!

good hotel and the room is very spacious and modern. it is always feel like you are at home. it is an apartment style room unlike the typical boxy hotel room style. staff are friendly and the location is great to where ever you need around kl golden triangle.
Nightlife Tip:
bukit bintang always the fun place around, many kinda of pubs and nightlife scene available.

Great location (10-15 min walk to KL Tower, Petronas Towers or Bukit Bintang), big room, small beds, free wifi internet in the room, nice staff, welcome apples on the front desk. Luna Restaurant and swimming pool at 33th floor offer a great view of Kuala Lumpur. Excellent money value.

really enjoyed my stay as the service was outstanding.perfect location right opposite kl tower with outstanding veiw as they upgraded us.just a problem of the noise due to renovatiions and due to be on a high floor the swimming pool parties and music was abit disturbing.
overall good stay and excellent pool!
