very average, building work all over the place
Bar upstairs at night looked nice, but in day shabby

Hotel is certainly not a 5 star, I dont know who they have paid to get 5 stars, but its a good 3 star or pushing it at 4 star. I have lived in KL for 4 years and thought it would be a nice stay. I was very wrong, pay an extra RM100 or GBP20 and get a room in other hotels.
rooms are big and kitchen is in each room, these are marginal bonus points, but old tatty surroundings, dont be fooled by the nice looking lobby, it is tiny and Luna bar upstairs is no patch on the Traders Sky bar!

this is the 2nd time we are staying in this hotel. the apartments are spacious, clean and nicely appointed. very comfortable. kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and everything you need to cook a meal for 6. breakfast selection is small, but of very good quality. hotel is near to a lrt station, which made it very convenient to travel from the hotel to other parts of the city. overall we enjoyed out stay and will return.

I love my day in pacific regency. I felt relaxed and happy. Although the furniture was not the modern but I loved it anyway.

Great location, great staff, great view at 33th floor

Great location (10-15 min walk to KL Tower, Petronas Towers or Bukit Bintang), big room, small beds, free wifi internet in the room, nice staff, welcome apples on the front desk. Luna Restaurant and swimming pool at 33th floor offer a great view of Kuala Lumpur. Excellent money value.

really enjoyed my stay as the service was outstanding.perfect location right opposite kl tower with outstanding veiw as they upgraded us.just a problem of the noise due to renovatiions and due to be on a high floor the swimming pool parties and music was abit disturbing.
overall good stay and excellent pool!

good hotel and the room is very spacious and modern. it is always feel like you are at home. it is an apartment style room unlike the typical boxy hotel room style. staff are friendly and the location is great to where ever you need around kl golden triangle.
Nightlife Tip:
bukit bintang always the fun place around, many kinda of pubs and nightlife scene available.

Great location, but no taxi service from airport
great location, close to everywhere,

the hotel is close to all major tourist points. walking distance to klcc tower, shopping malls, kl tower and train stations. our room has a fabulous view, facing kl tower and forest reserve. the top roof swimming pool has a 360 degree of kl city, personally thinking, this can save you the trip to climb up the twin towers room is big, with kitchen and huge bathroom.
the only drawback is airport taxi does not go to the hotel. walking from station da wangi takes some effort.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, easy access and easy to get around. Hotel was also really enjoyable to stay at. Recommend for anyone to give this hotel a go as it is definately worth the money.
