Friendly and helpful staff
Huge hotellong distances from room to cafe, room to business center. Also, some areas in the hotel appear to be showing extreme signs of wear and tear.
Upon arrival, check in staff were very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Room service were helpful trying to find a US style adapter, the ones in the room did not allow for this but it was looked after. Internet was not free. The breakfast buffet was quite busy, large buffet and typical of any major hotel. The concierge were very helpful arranging a car rather than a taxi at approximately the same price which really helped my business meeting. No complaints. I am not too familiar with the location but the travel time to the center was minimal and not a problem. overall a good rating.

Near to the airport in a quite area.
The resort is nice and you find many places and things to do there.
Not up to the standards of service you would get from other international hotels
I do recommend this hotel for those on a stopover Kuala for 2 or less days. The resort is so nice and suitable for couples.

In the heart of Kuala Lumpur and has a variety of options to do, like go the lake, amusement park, great pool
If you are an expat living in Kuala Lumpur and on a peak holiday time you have forgotten to book a hotel and cannot get room reservation anywhere, I thing the Palace of the Golden Horses is the best place to go, it give to a relaxing holiday and you don't have to drive far to enjoy a lake view and great activities
Restaurant Tip : For great food option go to the Mall next to the Hotel and you will get a veriety of great food options
