good location as you cannot stay in the Transit hotel overnight. (more than 8 hours). On arrival- check in was excellent, staff polite,. The rooms are big but the bathroom was small and needed a complete overhaul. Pool area, now this is a real plus for waking up then relaxing. We were there on Sunday night so there was only one restaurant open. However, the Buffet was brilliant, staff efficient, lovely evening. Expected a better room for the price. We got a room that smelt musty, damp, not what you need after a long flight. Buffet was expensive. Wasn’t offered a La carte.
We weren’t told about the Buggy shuttle when booking, but spotted one idle but when we approached the Car, he was reluctant to take only 2 of us! Not a good start. Had to unload our bags off the cartand look for a porter.! Had early checkout, and ended up taking our entire luggage down ourselves after waiting 15 minutes for a Porter. When we got down, there were 2 standing by the Concierge desk! When I remarked on this, the concierge questioned my having phoned! I then asked if there was buggy shuttle back, and he dismissed me with an abrupt wave of his hand and said Round the Corner. I was the only one at the desk!
Be prepared if you leave early that there are queues for the shuttles and if you have one that you have to seat facing backwards, you can have scary ride as they Speed... We travel constantly so I am quite critical of 5*hotels esp. airport ones as they have the Niche in the market. However we decided to try the Pan Pacific out as you cannot stay in the Transit hotel overnight. (more than 8 hours). I was really surprised at this as all other Airport hotels (of 4*and up) which I have stayed in have Fresh, Clean bathrooms. For 5* I expected a choice of pillows. Sleep being essential between flights. So I have to disagree here that "The Pan Pacific claims to be the largest and most modern Airport Hotel in the world." Nothing modern about the bathroom. We then wondered out to the Pool area, now this is a real plus, helpful staff, not in your face, totally refreshing swim then relaxing. We were there on Sunday night so there was only one restaurant open. However, the Buffet was brilliant, staff efficient, friendly, appeared to be happy in their jobs, so the evening ended with perfect contentment. Buggy driver back was friendly and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but I am uncertain that I would stay there again due to value for money. Would I recommend it to others –definitely.
Hotel Feature Tip : Have a SWIM. A small oasis of calm, even with children in the pool.

Closeness to the airport - friendliness of all staff - best cappucino from the coffee bar in the world beds a bit too hard - need quilt top mattressess We love to stay at the Pan Pacific because we enjoy the welcoming staff, great food, best cappucinnos in the world from the coffee from the coffee bar. Everyone from the electric cart boys to the waitresses in the restaurant, bell boys and counter staff go out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are also spotless.
Hotel Feature Tip : Try the cappucino from the coffee bar - best in the world!!!!!!

Close to the airport with a buggy transport to and from the hotel.Room was as expected but bed was comfortable.Bathroom and shower was clean.Service at the restaurant was good and food quality was also good.I think that I would certainly stay here again if I'm transiting through KL.

Having an early morning flight out of Kuala Lumpur, we found staying at the Pan Pacific Hotel in KL which is located right outside the airport terminal is the right decision, the room was fantastic, the staff was friendly and they even offered a ride out to the airport. I would recommend it to all of our friends.

Quality sound proofed room with a great bed.
Good Gym and pool. Food at restaurants pricey. Bar closes at 11pm If you are traveling far from anywhere, this hotel is for you.Excellent rooms and good buffets compliment a great pool where you can relax. Instant remedy for a long trip.
Shopping Tip : Buy water and food in the airport and bring it with you.

The staff are both courteous and prompt through email and personal contact. They organized a beautiful cake for my daughter's 8th birthday when we arrived. They also took care of our luggage during a short trip to Langkawi. They have a great shuttle service from the airport which the kids love, although it is also in easy walking distance - even with a luggage cart. We were disappointed that their Indian restaurant had closed down, but otherwise this is a great place to stay after a long flight. We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. We had a gap of 3 years between our last stay and the one before that, but were remembered by a staff member and welcomed back. The staff are very helpful and can't do enough to make your stay a great one. The rooms are large and well fitted and they have a very nice pool and jacuzzi area which can be very refreshing after travel. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have a stopover in KL. You could also stay here and get the KLIA to the city or a taxi to other sights.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : KLIA Express into the city is very convenient and reasonable

A very relaxing place to stop over while in transit at Kuala Lumpur. Very luxurious rooms and facilities are great. Pick up from the LCCC was about 30 minutes late and so we didn't know whether the bus was coming.
Overall I was very impressed with the Pan Pacific in Kuala Lumpur.
The standard of the hotel is excellent, facilities for travellers are first class such as gyms, rooms and restaurants.
The location to both the KLIA and LCCC terminals is a big advantage that enables you to quickly get to flights at any time of the day or night.
I would have no hestitation in recommending it to anyone as a place to stay whilst in transit through Kuala Lumpur

Easy transit stop. did not experience anything negative. I have been in Malaysia, for both transit and lengthier stays, over a period of several years, and throughout every visit the service and genuine friendliness of the Malaysian people has always been of the highest standard and unserpassed by any other country I have visited. This being my firt stay in the Pan Pacific Hotel, the service and accommodatng staff exceeded all that I had previously experienced when travelling within or moving through Malaysia. Only one regret, I was unable to stay for a few days R&R.
Hotel Feature Tip : A transit tip for all: Follow your nose down to the pool/gym level. Look for the friendly staff (not hard to find) and spoil yourself with a full
Body srub and massage. That was after a swim and a couple of very enjoyable drinks delivered by a very accomadating bar attendent. Very nice way to end a months volunteering. When you get back to your room, order room service and enjoy a wonderful meal accompanied with delightful service. Then it is time for sleep and the journey home. Ho hum such is life, back to work.

Close to the airport. Great food. Great pool. Friendly staff. Fills fast especially when the f1 is in town. Great hotel to go to after a long or short flight. They even provide a free shuttle from arrival terminal to hotel door, otherwise it is a 200m walk. I love staying here when passing through KLIA.

Breakfast was not included Its a good hotel if you need to be close to the airport, not if you need to be in KL . only stayed there one night since i had a flight the next day. The hotel itself is very nice, I paid a little extra to get the to get the package with meals and a room on the executive floor at the reception. Definitely worth it. will stay there again

Very convenient Hotel at the airport with connection to the terminal building. They have a very large bar with Live Music but it is always very quiet (perhaps not in GP weekends). I always stay at this Hotel when arriving in Malaysia for 1 night to have a good rest before going on the road the next day. The swimming pool and fitness area are very nice and the buffet restaurant is excellent and has a huge variety of dishes. From the terminal building there is a free shuttle service to take you to and from the Hotel.

The most beautiful Airport Hotel I have ever the pleasure to stay in. Very big, very confortable with all the things you would like to see after a long flight. From the Airport to the hotel shuttle transport provided. Just follow the signs. If you comr from a long flight and want to be in one of the most modern and largest Airport Hotels within 5 Minutes, than this is for you.
Coming out through customs you just follw the signs on the first floor, where there is a pick-up shuttle caddy within 3 minutes.

When we arrived at the airport from 12 1/2 our flight we received a warm welcome . Excellent in walking distance from the gates! But we also used hotel transport buggy!
Swimming pool and spa with all facilities and excellent restaurants. We have now remarks on this one night stay at all! Next time we will book the same hotel again!
Travel tip : Super location for onwards next day flights!
