easy reach to airport, convenient shuttle by electro cars, nice rooms
We only had 24 hours in KL and staying in this hotel gave us the opportunity to make the very best out of it. quick check in, convenient transport to city, easy getting back at night and quick check out-check in to airport; we will do this again

This was a great hotel in KLIA which gave us a great experience for an overnight transit to our honeymoon destination. The best things that we enjoyed were:
1) Located at the airport (in KLIA)
2) Polite and friendly staff.
3) Took effort to decorate the room (i.e. for honeymoon) even though we were there for a one night stay.
This was a great stopover hotel for us. We had just gotten married and were on our way to our honeymoon. This hotel was the overnight stay that we needed at KLIA airport in Malaysia. The staff were very friendly. We had just flown 7.5 hours from Australia and were very tired - given the time difference. Additionally, the staff took the time to ensure that the room was decorated beautifully. They had petals on the bed in the shape of a heart and complimentary chocolates when we arrived. This is a beautiful hotel and well worth the visit.

In the airport.
5 stars.
good food
Lately, i decided to spend the last night before leaving K.L in the airport area and found this hotel. I wish if i can stay in this hotel during all my stay. They provide free cart service to and from airport. dining in the hotel or the airport is an experience that i loved and will keep doing
Restaurant Tip : the airport food court is a walking distance. Take the hotel service if u want a ride. Don't miss it

Close to airport with a courtsey buggy to and from the airport.
Early morning call was not given.
The hotel was very good with a nice swimming pool and spa bath. The staff were all very friendly and the room was very spacious with free bottled water. The downside was that the early morning call which was made when we checked into the hotel was not given. Fortunately we woke ten minutes after the call.

This is the best hotel to survive a long trip.
When you have to travel from Europe to Australia and you are a little bit afraid of the jet lag, you have to stay in this magnificent hotel. Is is worth more than a simple stay, but at least enjoy their buffet and rest alongside their swimming pool. And after that you are able to travel again.

right next to the airport! clean, cool, helpful and available! food was good, rooms were clean and lovely, concierge was knowledgeable.
breakfast was a bit expensive.
How much better can this get! crash after a long flight 5 minutes from the airport. In room meals were wonderful too. easy access to the train stations to get downtown. price was reasonable, helpful staff and lovely lobby and restaurant. Rooms very clean and nice. This is where we always stay our first night into KL. It is so convenient and lovely.
Hotel Feature Tip : when booking a room, get a room that includes breakfast with the price. it will be cheaper than the separate prices the restaurant charges.

Right next to the airport. Pleanty of space. Well appointed. Helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel staff were particularly helpful with free transport from the airport arrivals to reception and nothing too much trouble for the staff. It was slightly disappointing that the restaurant/bar had closed about 10 mins earlier than advertised but alternatives were available. The room was very spacious and well appointed and certainly comfortable. The breakfast was very well presented with a wide variety of good quality food prepared for all nationalities and tastes. A very reasonably priced hotel with the exception of drinks in the bar.
Hotel Feature Tip : Use the electric buggies for transport - saves a lt of effort with bags transfer.

Close to airports.
Comfortable bed.
Information on flights available in lobby. Our flight from KL to Vientiane left one-hour earlier than our tickets showed. One of the hotel personnel brought this to our attention and helped us quickly get a taxi to the airport so that we did not miss the flight.
Hotel Feature Tip : Double check your flights!!

Staff, room, food, everything else.
If they offer you an upgrade of the room to the Panpacific floor, take it. We did and were never sorry. You get complimentary breakfast (also to go), a free coctail hour in the afternoon, free acces to a small business centre.
The hotel pool is a nice experience and the staff are ready to make the sauna private for you if you have a good enough reason (we were on our honeymoon). The food is simply gorgeous. It's great fun to get a ride in hotel buggy between the hotel and the airport itself, although the hotel drivers probably think they are driving at the nearby Sepang racing track.

The Limo service in the morning to LCCT was very well organized. Upon checking in the Hotel arranged the wake up call as I had an early flight to catch in the morning. On the TV one of the channels was flight arrivals and departures so could keep track of what was going on. Very friendly staff.
Cons the JetLag upon arrival but that was no fault of the Hotel.
The hotel runs smoothly so no cons here, you get what you pay for.
Upon touch down at KLIA airport it was my first time in KL, the hotel was very easy to find and well sign posted from KLIA airport to the PanPacific. Check in was quick and the Staff very polite making me feel welcome as a valued guest. Upon arriving in my Hotel room it was clean and a good size. Choice of cable TV channels meant there was something to watch. The Shower a true measure of any Hotel was very nice to use and my wake up call was on time in the morning. Check out was very smooth and I still felt like a welcome guest when I checked out to catch my connecting flight. All in all a very positive experience.

close to the airport, nice park out the front across the street, beautiful classy decore, friendly helpful staff.
pool area somewhat hard to find & out of the way
I was impressed how well I was treated & in the level of service. When I was informed I'd have to move to another room due to an air conditioner problem, they helped me move easily & gave me a suite at no extra charge. The staff insisted on giving me rides in their buggies to & from the airport. I was really made to feel special & felt like royalty. They really come across that they are happy that you are there & go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Wonderful experience!!!
Hotel Feature Tip : walking distance to airport, express check-in before going through customs on arrival very convenient.

Friendly check in. Rooms well appointed. Good food.
Stayed overnight in November and left a pair of pants in the closet when we checked out. Spent a month in India and on our return checked in to the Pan Pacific. House keeping had my trousers and they were returned.
