Close to the airport. Great food. Great pool. Friendly staff. Fills fast especially when the f1 is in town. Great hotel to go to after a long or short flight. They even provide a free shuttle from arrival terminal to hotel door, otherwise it is a 200m walk. I love staying here when passing through KLIA.

Good rooms, Good food, Good service, Friendly staff Bit Expensive
Breakfast was not included Its a good hotel if you need to be close to the airport, not if you need to be in KL . only stayed there one night since i had a flight the next day. The hotel itself is very nice, I paid a little extra to get the to get the package with meals and a room on the executive floor at the reception. Definitely worth it. will stay there again

Very convenient Hotel at the airport with connection to the terminal building. They have a very large bar with Live Music but it is always very quiet (perhaps not in GP weekends). I always stay at this Hotel when arriving in Malaysia for 1 night to have a good rest before going on the road the next day. The swimming pool and fitness area are very nice and the buffet restaurant is excellent and has a huge variety of dishes. From the terminal building there is a free shuttle service to take you to and from the Hotel.

The most beautiful Airport Hotel I have ever the pleasure to stay in. Very big, very confortable with all the things you would like to see after a long flight. From the Airport to the hotel shuttle transport provided. Just follow the signs. If you comr from a long flight and want to be in one of the most modern and largest Airport Hotels within 5 Minutes, than this is for you.
Coming out through customs you just follw the signs on the first floor, where there is a pick-up shuttle caddy within 3 minutes.
Hotel Feature Tip : The Pan Pacific claims to be the largest and most modern Airport Hotel in the world and we would certaily agree with that. Everything is big and most modern with excellent breakfast buffet

Close to Airport terminal Rooms are Have out dated decore,and it's extremly over priced comfortable but out dated decore,over priced.staff very friendly, but they should be when your paying a small fortune to stay there.all in all very handy being so close th the airport,but if you've got the time to spare stay in the city,better deals to be had there.

When we arrived at the airport from 12 1/2 our flight we received a warm welcome . Excellent in walking distance from the gates! But we also used hotel transport buggy!
Swimming pool and spa with all facilities and excellent restaurants. We have now remarks on this one night stay at all! Next time we will book the same hotel again!
Travel tip : Super location for onwards next day flights!
To far from KL city!

Absolutely fantastic. Much more than just an airport hotel. Excellent Buffet. I expected just an airport hotel, but I achieved much more. The Pan Pacific exudes an individual style which let you feel very welcome and at home. If only limited time is available the hotel can be reached easily with the shuttle service. As soon as you passed the entrance stress will disappear. Rooms are very comfortable and the bath is more than luxurious. By far the best was the Buffet they served. Excellent selection of different dishes.
Restaurant Tip : The Buffet was exceptional.

Big rooms, clean, comfortable, nice staff, good restaurants, facilities and so on If you have an early flight in the morning this hotel is an excellent choice! For the staff, very nice and polite, to the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, everything is excellent. The facilities are also great, swimming pool, sauna, massages and restaurants. The hotel even has a mini car to take and pick you at the airport, free of charges! It was a great end of an excellent trip on the west coast of Malaysia.

The most expensive drinks outside Norway A great location right inside the KLIA. For those, who don't like to walk 5 minutes, there is a kind of a golf cart, that brings you to the hotel.
The rooms are nice. But the prices for food and drinks are extremely expensive. It has probably the most expensive beer outside Norway. For malaysian standards the whole F&B prices are a rip off.
Unless you have a late arrival and a early departure avoid this place.

The location, the staff friendliness, the rooms (very quite) and the quality and presentation of the food in the restaurant is of top quality.
I will advise many others to use the Pan Pacific as a stay overnight hotel as I did several times in the past as well. Restaurant Tip : Enjoy the quality and taste of the buffets served, breakfast, as well as lunch as well as dinner if you can

Immediate upgrade to better room. Complimentary cocktail late afternoon. Food. The food is very good but the price a but too high. They immediately upgraded us to a better room, given availability. Room was very spacious, confortable; staff extremely nice and open to help; food was very good though a bit pricy. If you're having a flight from the International KL airport it's the perfect location. If from the LCCT it takes around 15 m to get there by taxi.

This spotlessly clean hotel is always a pleasure to stay in - the rooms and bathrooms are a good size, the food is great and staff are so friendly. Quietness is also a good thing in this hotel It would be nice if the beds were a "quilt top" but as we are generally so jet lagged when arriving we still manage a good night's sleep Transport to the hotel is quick and the transport staff are friendly and helpful, check-in usually only takes a few minutes, the bell boys have luggage to your room usually at the same time that you arrive at your room - they explain everything. After freshening up it is great to sit in the lounge bar and enjoy a drink or the best cappuccino in the world

Hospitality, Cleanliness, very quiet, smoke free floor. shuttle to LCC at inconvenient hour. My flight was @ 10:25 am and shuttle left at 7:00 am. (20 minute drive)No 8:00 o'clock shuttle though ad on TVinfo said otherwise. My stay at the PAN PACIFIC Hotel was because of the fact that my flight from Europe arrived at such a time that a stop over in Kuala Lumpur became necessary. I certainly did not regret at all that this happened to me. I stayed with my family in this hotel before and it was so convenient that I decided to stay here again instead of staying in a hotel downtown Kuala Lumpur. Something I can advise to all passengers that are forced to stay over. The traintraffic in Kuala Lumpur is of a very high standard and brings you in no time inthe center of town.
