I was impressed how well I was treated & in the level of service. When I was informed I'd have to move to another room due to an air conditioner problem, they helped me move easily & gave me a suite at no extra charge. The staff insisted on giving me rides in their buggies to & from the airport. I was really made to feel special & felt like royalty. They really come across that they are happy that you are there & go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Wonderful experience!!!

Stayed overnight in November and left a pair of pants in the closet when we checked out. Spent a month in India and on our return checked in to the Pan Pacific. House keeping had my trousers and they were returned.

Friendly check in. Rooms well appointed. Good food.

This hotel is excellent in all respects. The check-in facility at the airport and laid on transport is convenient and effective. The rooms are luxurious, spacious and fitted out with every convenience. A true five-star hotel with service to match. It is without doubt the best airport hotel in which I have stopped over. Look forward to staying again.

The Pan Pacific at KL airport is great. The rooms are excellent. The staff are friendly. The little electric buggy to and from the terminal was frequent and fun. Can't think of any negatives - airport hotels around the world tend to be pretty lazy about their service and standards, because they have a captive audience. So, the fact that The Pan Pacific at KLIA is as good as it is is a tribute to the Pan Pac chain. Excellent.

Location of hotel excellent if it is just a one night stop over before flying from airport next day. The free buggy service was excellent, it made our last stop of out holiday alot easier & stress free. Good porter service who has your luggage delivered to room for you. Nice room, nice bathroom with separate toilet, with bath and shower.

• Hotel Feature Tip : Only stay here if you are flying out of KLIA the nexy day, as it takes just under an hour to get into the centre of KL by train which is around 11.00 return trip.

The Pan Pacific is very well presented and the staff are obviously well trained to provide good service and courtesy. Rooms and beds are very comfortable and offer a welcome respite for the weary traveler. If your need is for a good rest in very pleasant conditions with easy access to your next flight, you won't do better.

This hotel provides a very comfortable and relaxing stopover for travelers who do not want to journey into KL

PanPac KLIA Guest Rating: 4.5

We have used this 'PanPac' quite a few times to relax after a long flight or prior to an early departure. The airport can be reached by a 5 minute walk or an shuttle service by an electric car. The service and standard is excellent. There is a very good buffet dinner available in the international restaurant. The rooms are of a good standard and have a good size.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : use the PanPac to relax after a long flight. Have your renatl car delivered to the hotel and take a (short) holiday in Malaysia!
