Modern attractive room layout and comfy bed. Good facilities and reception.
The room I had faced the main road and had poor window insulation- it sounded like the Malaysian F1 was being held outside despite being on the 10th floor.
Despite good facilities, nice modern looking room and the feel of a real 4* hotel, I would not stay here again simply down to the fact that one side of the hotel faces the large road that rings this area of the city. It was extremely noisy and, although the hotel now feels very modern, the actual building materials aren't with the windows having outdated and worn double glazing. Despite ear plugs, I got very little sleep. Shame really, as it is on the edge of one of the best locations for seeing the city.
For those that are deeper sleepers, this may be a good value hotel!

Easy access to shopping complex, good security, cozy room (even though it is small)
limited parking space during day time
was very dissappointed with the front liners - was not greeted upon checking-in, in fact no one assisted me for 10minutes, there were 3 guys at the desk busy sorting i dont know what, but please entertain your guest first people! room was not ready at 1.30p.m but i was given the room no only.but that's fine to me. however i was not given the key card for my room. so i wanted to go out of teh building and get my parking ticket validated. the CSR officer, was rude. She asked for my room key and obvisiously i didnt have it with me, and she replied" then how am i supposed to know your room no" it is my problem that your college didnt not give me the key? Hope Mr Joseph, the Manager on duty that day, take note on this matter please.

Best features;
Central KL Location; Bukit Bintang
Great breakfast spread; all tastes catered
Close to Monorail, Shops, Amenities, Eateries
Good in house services, Dry Cleaning, Catering etc
On site Spa, Gym, large Pool, Lounge / Bar (live music)
Good neighbours (Marriott, Westin etc...) without the hefty price tag of these other Hotels
Front desk service is good and quick
Concierge helpful
Could do with;
Upgrades to rooms (although not dated)
Steam clean carpets in room (although not dirty)
Recommended: ideal for "value based" travellers; whether for Business, Families or Couples
I'm a business traveller and have stayed here approx 4-5 times in the last 2-3 years.....
Nightlife Tip : QBar at the Westin Hotel (5min walk) is a great night out (Fri/Sat/Sun)...live salsa band / music (although drinks are a little on the pricey side).
