Friendly helpful staff, good room (Orchid Club King, we found that the extra cost for the orchid club was more than made up for by the free laundry, separate lounge (with free food and drink 3 times per day ) plus cocktail hour with more food and complimentary drink. We found nothing that was detrimental to the stay. First time at the Park Royal and certainly not the last. We found the staff and facilities excellent - the Orchid Club room was very good, and all the add-ons that came made it in our opinion extremely good value. The staff were all helpful and very pleasant. The location of the hotel was excellent. We also found a very helpful taxi driver who we paid to take us on various trips around the locality - just like a private driver at very cost effect prices - and would wait for us to take us back. all in all a very good experience and we will certainly be going back before very long.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : very close to the mono-rail and to the bargain Sungei Wang plaza - try the fish exfoliate and also body massage!! on floor one orange zone

Excellent location close to public transport, shopping and restaurants
Friendly staff
comfortable rooms Great location and close everything you need. Clean modern and comfortable rooms. Loved the sink being in central part of the room as it makes the use if it more flexible... bar and bathroom sink. Lighting for the bathroom sink was a little low... Nice cafe on lobby level is very pleasant. Staff was helpful with area information. Well equiped room and nice views of skyline

It's in the middle of the shopping frenzy district. Long checkout waiting time. My weekend getaway was fantastic staying at Park Royal KL. The location of the hotel is just perfect in the middle of the shopping district. The house keeping team was great; when we went out they topped up my water in the room. The room was pleasant for the money that I paid for. Me and my girlfriend love the place. It’s so near to the shopping district that once we are overloaded with shopping it’s just a 5mins walk away to unload our shopping in our room. If i am going for a shopping trip again, i will stay at Park Royal again.

Friendly and informative hotel staffs,centralised location,free parking for in-house guest hotel looked good from the outside but the room is run down. the drainage hole in the toilet smell very badly.extremely small room. Would never go back to this hotel again. We informed the hotel staff regarding the stinky drainage in the toilet, hoping that they will change the room for us. We were disappointed as they never come back to us and we had the stinky toilet throughout our stay.The open concept of the room with the basin installed near the bed made the room messy.

Location and Cleanliness of Hotel I had always preferred staying in hotels located within the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. Park Royal's location 2 doors away from Lot 10 shopping Complex and opposite Sungei Wang Complex is simply super! There are food joints aplenty within walking distance and the nicely renovated and clean rooms (I had a Deluxe Room) made my stay so very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

Attitude of staff and management, friendly, rooms clean and well presented. The Orchid lounge is a welcome venue, food is adequate. Pleasant place to relax and have a drink after a days work or touring, and to have business meetings. Like to see the Orchid lounge open until 2000. Didn't like the shower, one must just about kiss the wall to get under it, angle is wrong. I spent 3 days at the Parkroyal, from the instant of my arrival the staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. My room always cleaned as if a new guest was staying, and it was nice to relax in a bath (considering I live where baths are not part of the bathroom) and listed to the television as there is an adjustable speaker system in the bathroom. The rooms are well designed and spacious. I enjoyed the orchid club, and though I was alone, I didn't feel as if I was, and the 30 minutes of entertainment was well chosen, with the two young ladies backed up by acoustic guitar and singing without microphones. Truly a most pleasant stay. Famous last words "I shall return"
Shopping Tip : If you are an ANZ card holder don't use the ATMs at the bank adjacent to the hotel, the manager told me after the ATM ate my card that cards are thicker than most and the cards get stuck, though I was also told that the machines eat many other cards as well. Luckily I used it during banking hours and was able to get my card back, I was advised by the manager to use another bank, that is close by. Not a great experience if the bank is closed and you are leaving for the airport. There are also ATMs in the shopping cente across the road from the Hotel

i really enjoy my stay at parkroyal KL. The room design is modern yet feel homely. Its very clean and fully equip from toileties to snacks. And the best part is : ITS VERY NEAR ALL THE MAJOR SHOPPING MALL!!!!!!

great location, modern rooms, clean, good location Shower leaked slightly with damp on carpet beside it This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of great places to eat, bars and transport. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern, clean and decorated to a high standard. The hotel is a good price for what is on offer and I would definately choose to stay here the next time i visit KL. The price didn't include breakfast, so not sure what that is like.

Spacious and modern bathroom! Splendid decor of room Counter staff could be a little better in terms of service Park royal hotel was chosen due to its friendly prices for their splendidly decorated rooms as shown on agoda sites. It did not fail our expectations and we are pleased to say that the trip has been a pleasant one with the proximity of the hotel and major shopping malls and sightseeing destinations. Park royal was located near to the drop off point Berjaya Times Square and it was a stone's throw away from Pavillion and KLCC. The best part was that pictures did not do justice to the room itself. The experience is indeed an enjoyable one and we will be back for more!

Convenient right in the shopping belt. Lots of great places to eat. Not enough service personnel at reception counter. I cannot believe the good deal that Agoda got me at the hotel. This hotel has a fairly good gym and a good sized pool that hardly anyone uses. Located right in the middle of the shopping belt, it is very convenient. So when coming to KL for work, have a mini holiday at the Park Royal. Lots of places to get good food all around the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Try the seafood stall at the hawker center behind the hotel. Heaps of mussels, and crabs.

Large rooms
Attentive staff Booking somewhat later than one would usually prefer to do, the choices for hotels in KL seemed fairly limited. Having stayed at a number of 4 - 5 star hotels we thought of trying someplace different.
The choice paid off !
We will be staying here again.
Shopping Tip : Don't hesitate to shop at Pavillion. BIG discounts make the experience more than worthwhile.

orchid club rooms and faclities ( we upgraded ).
Staff very good except waiters with drinks for breakfast. Deluxe rooms ( we saw two ) had marks on carpet, furniture chipped and in one room the wallpaper was damaged. The parkroyal was generally of a very high standard although as said above the deluxe rooms were quite worn and tired looking.
We chose to upgrade to an orchid room which was fabulous-- very modern, spacious, good view. The check in at the orchid club and assistance by their staff was excellent. The drinks and food that they provided all day with free internet was great.
We always chose to go to the main breakfast area and found the range and qualiy of the food of an excellent standard. Only problem was the staff who rarely came by to top up our cofee and tea. Overall I would not recommend the deluxe rooms but say pay for the orchid club.
Travel tip : choose the Orchid Club.

Location is close to almost everything

Nice big swimming pool Rooms are a bit dated and small
Wifi is chargeable in the room We stayed here for 3 nights and found the hotel to be very close to the monorail, shopping centers and restaurants. Fantastic location! We had a few things wrong with the room but these were fixed eventually. The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. The swimming pool was a big plus since you can actually swim laps in it unlike many city hotels where you can only basically just cool off.
Travel tip : This hotel is clearly in a great location. The Coronade is just next door but the quality doesn't quite compare with the Park Royal. However, it is slightly cheaper at the Coronade.

Room are not ready until 3:30pm Location wise is perfect, everything is within walking distance, eg. supermarket, bars, cafes, shopping malls. And the entertainment is also great. We enjoyed a night show and fireworks on the day of Mid Autumn festival which just held in front of the hotel. Very busy and have a lot of customers staying in this hotel.
Shopping Tip : supermarket & pharmarcy are just opposite to the hotel

Nice interior, Nice security man Table lamp must be on with others, too bright for night light. May be the bed is too bouncy.
Very nice place to stay. If you are talking about shopping at bukit bintang area this is the right hotel. the security man is very nice, easy going person and help with the direction. Feeling safe as you are entering the lift, only guest with access can go up the building. The interior is amazing and not quite sure whether every room has different interior because mine and my relative have different interior. The hotel is very clean I would say this can fight with 5 star. Keep the good work.
Shopping Tip : Bukit Bintang's nicest hotel near great shopping centre Pavillion.
