Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : down town just is just 2 minute. so you dont rip off from malaysia taxi drive. they are getting worst!!

room is not as fancy as expected it's an over all good hotel, people are nice. and location is great. just the room is not as fancy as I expected. transporation is pretty good around the hotel, close by monorail, good shopping plazas around. and many good restaurant around. I can only use Nice to say.

This hotel right in the beating heart of K.L.and so is close to everything. Very clean and with good size rooms and staff it is hard not to go past it if you have limited time in K.L.Buffet breakfast has great variety and scrumtious.GREAT! Hard to find fault, poolside service was a bit hit and miss and could be improved. Not the first time here.Always find staff helpful and curtious and ready to assist.Room was large,light and airy and room service second to none. Had a small problem poolside when waited 15mins for service then 25mins for drink delivery, otherwise amost enjoyable stay.Would definately stay there again.
Travel tip : Very well located, can walk to most places of interest. Shopping centres very acsesable,and Hop on Hop off tourist bus just around the corner (200mts)

if you want to use internet or any. then ask proper price.otherwise when you checking out you will get shock. staff lost their smile even house keeper often forgot toiletries. its little thing but we all want a pleasant holiday don't we?
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : you can walk down town within a minute. if you want to other sightseeing then dont ask concierge for taxi fare, find yourself taxi.

Early checkin, great location, value for money Stayed in the hotel for a quick one day getaway. It was great value for money as compared to other hotels in Bintang. Close to all shopping malls and within walking distance.
We got to the hotel at 6am and they managed to get us checked in at 730am. Which was great as we didnt have to walk around aimlessly.
Breakfast was good as well but could do with more organisation on sitting arrangements.
However, my review could be biased as they checked us into the wrong suite. We were given an upgrade by mistake... :)

Great price,very central,clean,good breakfast Lower floors road noise,very very slight run down for 5 star,busy. Park royal KL is and adequate 5star hotel.The hotel is in a fantastic postion for golden circle and shopping really could not be better,the draw back for this is the road noise for lower floor rooms and funny enough the club rooms are on the lower floors,Stayed twice once in club rooms and once in standard deluxe and really apart from size of room and the flashiness of the bathroom could not tell difference,except the deluxe rooms are on the highers floors and much quieter.save your self money if a short stay and just go delux.
If want luxury then go a suite benefits of club yet on high floors.Great hotel for a short stay and shopping especially with some of the special room rates you can pick up on Agoda.Staff where friendly but bit swamped by number of guests this is a busy hotel dont expect your room to be ready at peak check in times,drop ya bags and go shopping.Would stay again would rank this as a 4 star hotel by Australian standards.
Hotel Feature Tip : Check in late after 2pm ,or plan to drop bags and go out and come back when room is ready.

strategic location, clean, simple, comfy this hotel is located in the heart of bukit bintang which is a strategic location for shopping, shopping area is within walking distance and across the road. The services in this hotel was great, but I didnt get a connecting room with my family, so I guess if you want a special request you have to stated it clearly in your booking. They can order a minivan for you but you make sure to order it in advance I didnt get mine, as I was in a rush to the airport and the minivan hasnt came yet so we took taxi.
Other than that, if you want breakfast there's additional charge for it

Clean, well decorated, world-class standard, location. Lobby lounge can provide with better performance. Hotel is clean and the room is very well decorated. Staffs are helpful and service provided is world class standard. Superb location, hotel is located right opposite the mega shopping mall - Sungei Wang. Within mins of walking to reach the central shopping district. Will definitely return to this hotel whenever i visit KL.
Shopping Tip : the hotel itself is situated right in the middle of the shopping district.

They should provide free wireless internet access The hotel location is very convenient ie opposite to Sungei Wang Plaza and the train. Service is good and attentive. But, the hotel should provide free wireless internet access which is now a basic facility even available in fast food joints. Breakfast is very ordinary.

The rooms are well designed and clean. The staffs are very friendly. We often choose Park Royal for our stay at Kuala Lumpur. You'll never regret, it's a great value for such great hotel.

Besides the convenience of nearby shopping malls, there aren't any special about Parkroyal. Certainly not 5 stars as stated. However, room was comfy and pretty clean. big & nice room. At central of KL city. We have been staying with Parkroyal for few times included our family members. I have recommand my friends to stay at the hotel and also get good feedback from them.
Parkroyal is one of our best choice for the past years and we enjoyed the facilities, convenience for shopping and the friendlyness of the staff when we stay at the hotel.
Is value for money and we really even enjoy celebrating my mother birthday in the hotel with free cake provided by the hotel management.
Hope that Parkroyal can continue the services and keep improve and have more ideal in the hotel facilities and etcs.

Convenient, outstanding service, free shuttle, free internet USD70 per night is amazing price to enjoy 5-star hotel service. It is very closed to the main shopping area and provides free shuttle service to different spots which are out of my expectation. Free internet service in the room for the business or leisure are extra bonus to everyone (pls bring ur own laptop). I did enjoy the stay in Royalpark.
